I started to watch it this morning, after having listened to the first couple chapters of Breaking the Habit. Went to café to continue Becoming Supernatural, and as I'm on the chapter about reconditioning the body to a new mind (near tears in joy at how clear the formula is), I'm in absolute joy, and can't wait to get home to do the breath work of pulling lower three energy centres up. Practiced on my walk home, so excited, I'm in, this is it. Just outside home, and there's a car parked outside, can't see in, but here my name and someone jumps out. My landlady. All I wanted was to get in to practice with as much passion that was in my heart whilst walking. I love this women- she jumps out of her car, screaming my name, and we're in an embrace, so tight, so loving, so wonderful. We're laughing, delirious, I can feel her heartbeat. My housemate had come out in the meantime and I say, "oh pardon us, we're just having a heartgasm." ;) Then she starts talking almost non-sensically...I say something along the lines of "Hey, sounds like you're losing your mind, your unconscious mind, that is." She stares at me, I'm smiling, and say, "so let it go." She says it's all ok, for the moments like this unexpected one where the Universe puts us together, oh what synchronicity. I say, no way honey, this is nothing, I mean wonderful, it's wonderful, but there's more and it's not hocus pocus, there's a formula, there's a way to live that synchronicity (x a million). Forgot that I'd already mentioned Dr. Joe to her last time, so don't I pull out my "Becoming Supernatural?" :) And she was the third person today ;) Didn't have a mystical experience with all the passion that I put into the breathwork- and that's totally ok. I'm happy to be excited, elated, at peace, feeling so very very good knowing that this IS IT, this is the way to freedom, going all the way in. This is what I didn't know I was looking for. ~ I loved these testimonials- thank you so very much both Vinita & Anne for sharing your hearts, and of course Dr. Joe, not enough words exist to express gratitude to you, beautiful soul. This is extremely helpful to me. I have had this massive sensation of pressure in my head when I am meditating. Sometimes it is so intense that I have to stop my practice. Even when not meditating, as soon as I relax my thoughts there is this tingling pressure at the very top of my head. From listening to Dr Joe's explanation here I think it's the energy from the field entering through my head but my heart is not open enough to receive all the energy being sent out so the energy sort if gets backed up into my brain. Now I know I need to do some more work opening my heart center! I should have known. With crystals I am always drawn to green stones which are for heart healing.I'm going to start doing the blessing the energy centres meditations daily and see what happens. 😊🤗 Thank you 🙏🏽

This to me sounds like a physical remember ence of a past life! There are many case studies on this subject and I believe if we are a spiritual being having a physical experience and you incarnate immediately after a previous life that the spirit energy can transfer some of those physical experiences into the new cells of the new body. It's kind of like twins that are separated at birth yet they choose the very same profession, live in the same states, have the same taste in clothing. When she mentioned the reoccurring dream of standing on the beach with a bunch of other people as though they were waiting for something, along with the intolerance for cold it immediately made me think of the sinking of the Queen Mary. Would you not have the will to come right back if you were in the mitts of loosing a loved one or even worse a child?

I think that would be uncomfortable though to be standing on the stage for such a long time and to have him have his arm on you I mean it's nice that it shows he cares about you but if he's leaning very heavy I don't know how they handle it okay I'm looking at a negative bad me love you all

It seems really sleazy to me that Dispenza is so hands-on with the women, hugging kissing touching hand holding. Joe is not the best looking guy so it seems like he’s getting what he can from his female attendees.
