I just learned that I was drinking way too much water and I slowed down to drinking only when I’m thirsty for it. I’m drinking half the water I was drinking and I’m losing weight now and feeling amazing. We need to research a lot of the things we just assumed they(people we looked up to) know what’s right. Like eyesight. We’ve been taught that your sight will always get worse. Wrong. Just look it up yourself. My eyesight is improving. And teeth. Why do we get cavities drilled out and replaced with unnatural material. Treat the cavity and your tooth will come back to life. We have been lied to. Wake up in Jesus name. And I’m not even going to start with the good that we consume. Stay away from fast food and processed and you will be avoiding 50%, oh and soft drinks. Do y’all know why y’all are paying so much money for some cans or bottles of poison and feeding it to your children. Not judging. I was doing it too at one time but I’m not blind anymore. So to everyone that reads this I 🙏 that you would have eyes to see.

I love your common sense approach to health. I have your book and have given one to several people I care about. I have a question for you about a persistent problem I have. I have had a bacterial vaginal infection (no odor) and my gyno dr has prescribed several different medications for me and nothing seems to eradicate it…..it keeps coming back😕 Is there something I can do to get rid of it for good? I am married and he is my only partner. Thank you…..any advise would be greatly appreciated. Marsha (65 yrs old)

Water, sparkling water, mineral water, coffee, tea, acv, healthy fats (coconut oil, ghee), coconut milk or cream, bone broth, fish oil, collagen, electrolytes (salt, potassium, magnesium,) lemon water? Not soda. < 50 cal of celery juice, or greens powder.

I am using your own medicine turmeric and the vitamin d and I just started that apple cider vinegar. I was wondering if you could talk about adaptogens, or other products reviews I started using rice mushroom coffee and the rise mushroom coffee creamer and I absolutely love it. I have also started using the Noon Brew tea because I work 10 to 11 hour days. I I'm taking the right things and not too much tumeric and ginger . Thank you.

Your coffee cream for your coffee using coconut oil, butter etc do you use the handheld frother or frother machine to mix it first before putting it into your coffee is why it looks so thick and creamy when you pour it into the coffee? just alittle confused.. in another video... you talked about the benefits of 200 calories in green juice 3 days... which i just completed.... in this video you said it should be 50 calories in 3 days.. looking for clarity.. I bought a "soda stream" and do healthy water in it....excellent sparkling water in my own glass! Also, what mineral water do you do? Is he talking of something like Perrier?

Drinking 16 glasses of water a day would have me standing at the "john" at least 20 times a day. I prefer the advice of 5,000 year old Ayurvedic Science that advocates paying close attention to your own body's thirst mechanism. It will guide you towards the right amount of fluids you need on any particular day. (For example, on a hot dry day, your body will naturally require more water intake. Yet on a wet, cool day, likely your body will want less drinking water intake.) The problem is, in our super active busy lives, we are getting subtle bodily thirst signals, but we waive those indicators aside.

In some ways I agree with this wisdom but I've heard that our bodies have forgotten what thirst really is and we confuse it for hunger. Also caffeine can disrupt that thirst signal as well. I for one have definitely been dehydrated to the point of low blood pressure and am not at all thirsty so I have to drink more water than I "feel" like drinking.

Hey Dr Livingood, I have been doing ACV daily with lemon, hot water, cinnamon, dash of cayenne, little honey and recently since following you, I add collagen and greens. My first drink every morning since 2017. I don't see a danger with this, but you said not do all the time. Why? I didn't add the honey while on a 1 day fast.

I love fasting I try to do the 16-8 but I drink 2-3 cups of coffee and I take blood pressure medicine & I notice it makes me feel a bit sick till I eat but I try to go with nuts & fruits so I can eat a good dinner. Any suggestions so I don't feel sick

Dr. Andrew Huberman on KZfaq says to take one half teaspoon of Sea Salt in warm water. Drink in the morning, upon arising.

I am a 60 yr old diabetic . Can I do fasting ? I don't like eating in the morning but I have to eat b4 I take my medications. So how am I able to fast .

Maybe if it’s consumed in excess, but a capful before a meal isn’t going to be harmful.😊 We recommend coming off of it every now and then once your goals for taking it are met. -LGD Team

HOW MUCH FISH OIL. When you say to add something to something you are recommending. You do not say how much. Like one video I watched you recommended eating fresh blueberries, but you didn't say how much or for how long. - a cup, a handful, 1/3 cup every day, once a week???? I just finished watching the "15 intermittent fasting drinks" to drink. In one segment, you recommended taking fish oil in capsule form, but you didn't say what strength. How much and how often.
