I just found your video and it is just what I'm looking for. I've been trying to find exactly what you are telling us about in your video. I can't wait to get started. I'm doing most of the things you are talking about but there are more that I can add. Thank you so much

I'm one of the negative biopsy statistics. It's never made sense to me why they use things that can cause cancer to perform tests (mammograms, dental x-rays etc.).I've never liked it, but have never been given an alternative, which is super annoying. I've never thought that squishing my breasts in a vice grip was a good idea and partially blame mammograms for my sagging, deflated size A (probably AA now) breasts. I had planned to ask for an ultrasound the next time but may ask for thermography instead. I am growing to dislike doctors more and more every day.

One thing that didn't seem to make sense to me in the video is talking about how sugar is the thing that stops autophagy. Isn't autophagy all about cleaning up old proteins in your body. Protein seems like the first thing that would turn off autophagy, kinda like how sugar stops ketosis with insulin. If your body has new proteins to use, like the new lumber, then why would it break down and recycle old ones?
@DrLivingoodКүн бұрын
Autophagy is stopped when you put too much sugar into the body. Stress can also stop it. It's important to lower carbohydrates, focus on clean protein, and manage your stress levels. 🙂 - LGD Team

@@DrLivingood ya I get the whole idea, it's just something that Dr Fung mentioned about how drinking bone broth while fasting stops autophagy because it provides nice new protein for your body to use instead of using old proteins

Every individual is incredibly unique! When we lose weight while our bodies are adjusting to this lifestyle, we metabolize stored fat, so the cholesterol normally stored in fatty tissue will be released into our bloodstream, causing a transient rise in blood cholesterol levels. This effect is not permanent and cholesterol levels will commonly decrease as your body adjusts to this lifestyle.🙂 - LGD Team

@Dr. Livingood, My doctor)Physician Assistant) prescribes 2,000IU Vitamin d3 (Cholecal). What are the amounts I need of K-2, e, magnesium, A, and anything else?? Thank you 🙏🏽 I used to have Hepatitis C Stage 3; not anymore. My liver was at a Stage 2, due to the damage; the Vitamin A is the reason I brought this up. Is there someplace where I can read the amounts I need??
@DrLivingoodКүн бұрын
We recommend taking 50 mcg K2 for every 1000 IU of D3. I would recommend our Vitamin D + Immune Support! drlivingood.pulse.ly/l402skvmtg - LGD Team
