Where is the combustion air coming from ? from the outside of home or inside?

I was wondering if you offer an electric furnace option and space for an air to air heat pump. ? I am planning on completely replacing my home HVAC system . My original system also had a water coil which preheated the well water before entering the hot water tank...Any suggestions ?
