Идея хорошая но зря приварил подставку. Кастрюлю надо ставить прямо на отверстие. Тогда греться будет быстрее, дым пойдёт в трубу, кастрюля будет чище. 👍

отличная конструкция типа финской свечи на приусадебном участке на открытом воздухе ,воды нагреть для закаток помидор или огурцов те же компоты чайником много не нагреешь и электричество по цене 5 р. экономия времени на кипячение и обрезь с кустов деревьев в топку. на дачах разная посудина есть которую и не жалко по коптить .у нас печь уличная стоит на даче но она не переносная .а это думаю будет получше но со своими дополнениями,ведь у каждого свои караси в голове по кругу носятся. удачи тебе и новых идей

Молодец! Сразу видно "мастер"!!! А что вам мешало сначала отпилить защиту вентиля болгаркой, а потом и сам вентиль отпилить болгаркой, а не мучиться с пилкой, держа её рукой?🤣Давно такого креатива не смотрел! За один раз испортить баллон и кастрюлю, это надо уметь!!! Если бы вы мне такую печку сделали за деньги, я бы вам руки сломал!!!

Битум можно греть на такой буржуйке и то недолго. Кастрюли закоптятся , нет регулировки пламени. Не продумана ручка открывания верхней крышки для закладки дров, можно сжечь руку при открывании горящей печи. Дымоход сбоку , по-моему лишний. Она работает по принципу ракетной печи . Все газы выходят напрямую.

Да и что,на столько газ подорожал,чтобы такой балон испортить нужно было!? Тоесть выкинул газовую плиту и теперь дома на дровах!? Это я из названия видео сужу.

Вы правы -- дымоход у такой печки ни к чему. Если есть дымоход,то нужно устанавливать закрытую варочную поверхность. А так -- это нонсенс и с таким успехом можно разжечь костер меж двух кирпичей,на которых будет стоять емкость для готовки.

Nice project - thanks. I am going to use your idea with an extra feature. Like yours, it will have a top for cooking. (Wow those shrimp look nice :) Mine will also have a coil of 3/4 copper pipe wound around the inner rebar core. Through it, we will circulate water for our hot tub. What more could you want? A nice fire heated meal followed by a hot soak (to work off the excess fat from that meal :). Keep up the great ideas!

A idéia é muito boa. Mas consome muita lenha e tem muita perda de calor pela estrutura de ferro para o ambiente. Não era melhor fazer uma alimentação horizontal lateral para aproveitar o efeito foguete da chaminé e usar menos lenha para produção de calor? Assim não precisaria abrir para realimentar a fornalhas também. Só uma idéia mesmo..

Needs a sliding type damper on the side so you aren’t losing ash n coals from the bottom. The bottom is great to get things burning but as the flame gets hot and starts forming coals you would have better control of the heat with a side damper.

One thing he forgot was to say the LPG tank should be completely empty. Then as an added precaution, fill it up with water before doing any grinding. Miss out this detail & a spectacular explosion might be triggered. Be extremely careful.

you are right gas could be sitting in the bottom but not much he hacksawed the valve off but I would have filled it with water just to be sure you could also just blow gas out with compressed air

Nice design but quite a lot of work, lots of welding and grinding. I made a woodstove out of a 55 gal drum. It wasn't pretty but it served the purpose. It was designed to provide heat as well as a cook surface. It got me through some hard times.

A lot of people forget or never new about the good old Aussie bush oven. It was 2x 20L drums. You run an old pipe from the bottom drum out the top. The top drum is set forward due to the smoke pipe from the bottom drum. It was all set in mud or for a modern one it would be in concrete. The fire is in the bottom drum and heats the whole thing up. The food goes in the top drum. When the drums are rusted and gone the mud or concrete remains.

@ Glenn lopez Have you been using gas for cooking meals at home? If yes, have your gas holder removed. Technical problems would be some professional worker’s job. Then have your future “stove”, which is now still a supposedly empty gas holder, installed exactly into your gas-cooking system. Have your gas oven burning. If it refuses to burn, this means your object of experiment is quite empty and harmless. If it sets on flame, this means some gas is still staying inside the holder, then let it keep on burning until the flame is down and off. Just that.

While a workman was cutting through, another workman playfully sat on the drum and was seriously burnt. I don't know the truth about this report! Thanks again, because as you advised, that's exactly what I would have done if forced to get such work done!

@@GoodCreativeIdeaDmkt It seemingly made no sense putting water into the waste holder of gas once you found/could have made an opening to pour it in, since the last amount of waste gas, if any, would have automatically vaporized vanishing into the air due to loss of high pressure therein. So would your problem, no needing any water then. Remember that gas is not liquid until it is forced to stay in strong pressure inside an absolutely tight thick wall holder. This would have been weird solution of yours anyhow. Would you be kidding or would you have really done so?

ATENCIÓN, paso nùmero uno debe llenarse de agua el recipiente para extraerle el residuo de gas que pudiera contener, caso contrario podría generar una explosión al tratar de cortarla con la amoladora por las chispas y chau proyecto, ese trabajo lo hice hace como 3 años y es muy ùtil. esa estufa a leña.

Идея не плохая, но требует доработок. Дым валит везде где можно, пламя не регулируется. Я думал будет реактивный эффект, но нет. Зола падает на пол, что не очень хорошо.

Tendrías que aclarar que para cortar la garrafa primero hay que llenarla de agua porque mucha gente puede intentar cortarlas así nomas y provocar un accidente .También hacerle una puerta lateral para cargar la leña y para evitar cortar la parte de arriba ya que sale mucho humo por ahí.

Y la Hoya le queda negra, un poco más carbonizada... Para asado muy lejos las brasas quedan.. pero la idea está buena, una para hogar sería buena , con unos tambores grandes de chapa ví un señor hacer un casera sin que haga humo dentro de casa.

Before using an angle grinder to cut the tank, its a good idea to use water (garden hose) to force out and residual gas in the tank. This will prevent unfortunate explosions. Removing the top does not empty the tank, since these gases are heavier then air, they must be forced out.

Есть у меня рацпредложение - убрать вытяжную трубу в виду ее ненужности. Тогда кпд печи возрастет

Не убрать трубу, (она иногда нужна) а изготовить закрывашку или заслонку!

@@user-vt9rt7oz5q Есть в вашей мысли здравое зерно. Вытяжная труба может быть применена, например, в момент завершения готовки чтобы удобнее было снять кастрюлю и не обжечься.

The top should be completely close and act as a hot plate like a typical wood stove. A damper should be in the flue pipe to control the fire with air holes drilled into the side. Only using the bottom as a cleanout because you are losing tons of coals.

I'm thinking that gap is sucking air in and reburning fine particulate matter in the smoke. Maybe cut some pipes in half and weld them on there up and down. So the air that gets drawn in is hotter.

- most traditional firebox stoves had removable inserts for direct heat cooking (and to easily drop in more wood) over the red hot coals / flame, if you wish - with a proper tall thermal mass- drawing chimney, most of the smoke went up the rear flue - but in a well designed hearth, it all gets vented, not so in this type of workshop / camping stove (not designed for a posh kitchen).

В целом печь годная, хотя и без четкой целевой направленности. Основа: финская свеча с помесью "ракетной" печки. Горит хорошо. Можно длинные дрова и обрезь заправлять. Конструктивные изменения по оптимизации народ уже накидал, одобряю.. 1. Если оставлять трубу, то дно кастрюли должно герметично закрывать верхний вырез. 2. По периметру крышки подварить полоску, чтоб не "поддувало" изнутри. 3. Вырез под конфорку сделал бы меньше, а то кастрюля вместе с ручками в огне сгинула. Ну и, понятно, что в таком виде печь только для улицы, на открытом воздухе. А так годно..

Есть большой смысл верхний диаметр вырезать под кольца и круг для регулировки пламени, такие 2 кольца и круг посередине были на печках в поселках и деревнях, ещё нужна кочерга, чтоб снимать или положить кольца.

Димова труба там треба як зайцю стоп-сигнал...Якби верх зробили плоский з кільцями як в чугунних плитах груб, то каструля була б не в кіптяві, а дим виходив би через трубу вверх а не в мордяку....

Some aspects seem good, but the way the chimney is placed doesn't seem like it actually does anything...🤔 If the top had been inverted, and a few other alterations, it could work as intended though🤔

If you make the top so that it swivels sideways instead of lifting up, you can leave the pot on the ring when adding more fuel. A simple bolt works well as the pivot.

Would be interesting to see you use small pipes instead of the solid bar to make the internal cage, then you could have a hotter and smoke free fire. The pipes would allow secondary combustion air directly at the top of the flame where it is needed.

Secondary combustion happens when the air is hot enough to burn smoke, as smoke is also fuel. So, no. The smaller pipe wouldnt have helped in burning the smoke off.
