What a pleasure to see Momma back behind the rod & reel again!!!! Like always Tal (+1) handles it like the Icon she is, and a healthy looking little Black Tip too!! That said I think the highlight had to have been that little crab that latched onto her shrimp on the first attempt, just would not let go of the shrimp to save it's little life!! It is lovely to see the bump progressing, and by her giving kicks this early in, I'd say she's going to be handful once born!! That drone is a truly impressive piece of kit, the fact it can haul full Mac Tunas, in wind without complaint is just amazing to watch. I can say with confidence that no one in Canada is fishing in this way, at least none that I have seen anyway. Luckily we are out of that deep freeze that saw a couple days of -50C or -58F and have returned to the nice and hope inspiring temps of -15C overnight and up to +4C as a daily high. This is above normal due to the influx of warm water coming up the coast of the Pacific in a phenomenon known as "El Nino" (pronounced El, Neenyo) and should mean a very mild rest of the winter for us, but this is Canada where the weather can change from +20 to 0C in a couple of hours. I would imagine that you must get some crazy weather in your area too. I have a busy February lined up with appointments from seeing my Amputee specialist to a consult for a long awaited shoulder surgery. I'm kind of dreading the shoulder work as I'll have to learn to use my Left hand instead of my right for a few months but I know the shoulder will feel heaps better once this is done!! As always my Love to You & Tal (and the wee girl) and the Pups!!! Just curious, how are the pups acting towards Tal's bump? Take care my friends!!! - Dave.

Hey mate! Good to hear from you again :) some crazy temp fluctuations you are having there haha we are having the effects of El Niño too we have had 2 cyclones and a 3rd predicted for the summer already haha Our big dog is a bit more aware of the baby I think the little one is younger and more jumpy so doesn’t chill as much to understand what’s about to happen 😆😆😆 but I’m sure when tals a bit bigger she’ll realise something is going on lol

Hey mate! The crabs are called “spotted moon crabs” a common little fella along most Queensland beaches :) yes I did sell the triton and grabbed a Pajero sport. Of all the suv style 4x4s we had a look at it had the most boot space and was $10k cheaper ! 10 year warranty 10yr capped service 3.1T towing couldn’t go wrong haha
