Buy a lot not too far from the municipality/ city.. it should be convenient and accessible to anything you are interested in and what’s your preference.

Don't worry about the pretty pics and the bullshit..worry about the legalities. Foreigners can't own land in phils..don't buy anything without seeing it personally. I would rather rent than buy, rent is way cheaper than buying.
