BGC condo 3 months ago was selling for 10 million peso and now down to 7.2 and still not selling. The market topped a while back. Condo owners keep lowering their sell price. There is an epic global economic crash in the making. Good luck selling your house for what you think it is worth, Mr. Market has an other idea.

Я читала, что в Филиппинах коптер, дроны должны быть не только зарегистрованы , А ещё необходимо сдать экзамен на пилотирование.. В противном случае могут быть проблемы, Не только штрафы, вплоть до закрытия в местах заключения.. Желаю всем здравствовать!

Congratulations to a beautiful home. Property looks very pristine. High respect to the family, a blessed life. I used to own a beach house and it was high maintenance, it's not easy to afford and the emotional side of getting things maintained, so sold. Now, I'm happy living in a small house, and just go check in at resorts I love when I want the resort feel.

Alex your videos are Always spectacular with fabulous drone shots but your daughter Trixie is so Adorable as she calmed down every time she heard your voice. You have a great eye for photography. Also Happy Birthday and such a wonderful way to celebrate 2 years in the Philippines. I am coming to duma mid July 1 week before my birthday to live permanently after visiting several times.. maybe we'll see you around town. Shows how you enjoyed the Best of it all and made a Great Family memory.

Thank you Alex -- very much ! ! ! ---- We are not used to many of those 'customs' here in the US. Generally owners are 100% responsible for usual maintenance on property. --- So it sounds like 100% needs to be in writing or else the (expat) renter will be expected to fix - ''whatever happens'' to the place ? > That can be a good bit of $ - also - having to pay for previous use on other people's contracts ? (( Which is BS ! )) Really appreciate the warnings of all these possible $ grabs from us expats !!!

Thank you for your advice and sorry for your loss. We do use seatbelts even speed on our roads mostly about 50 km/h. And we're going to use the baby seat when she will be able to sit there

I had a similar case after the conversion. I got a license from the driving school (next door to the LTO) for about $40 and then passed the exams in LTO.
