Wow Mikey has always been a good basketball player but ever since he started training with Ryan he’s gotten even better you can see the progression!

I went down to the comments section expecting to see talk of how talented this guy is AND his incredible work ethic...instead, I've found so many haters. I don't understand why people aren't getting inspired and putting in their own work instead of hating... I started playing basketball nearly three years ago after a car accident that's left me with some mild brain damage that impairs my coordination and some muscle nerve function. I turn 42 this year. But I STILL manage to beat almost every 20-something I play on the outside courts at 1's. Many of them play or played college basketball. How? Working like a BEAST. Crazy drills, hours and hours of practice along with calisthenics and a specific diet with intermittent fasting. This stuff only gives me more ideas about how to improve my skills. Love it.

It doesn't translate to the court. He plays games in slow motion, walks around on defense, and shoots lazy shots in games. He's lived on fast break dunks that get played over and over on youtube. The real game footage is bad, and is why his ranking has continued to fall. Nice garage to practice in, lol.
