Imma keep it a bean - Mikey’s iso game has gotten ALOT better than it was a year ago, so clearly he’s been working. But I do want to see him do 1s with a legitimate defender though. He’s gonna get alot of that in the G league. I highly doubt he goes to college.

Another healthy tip is try ur best to eat carbs/carbohydrates some before hooping because it increases the heart rate and spikes blood flow And Eat proteins after hooping cause it speeds up the recovery process also try to listen to your body .There will be somedays when u have a light workout and then a heavy workout so try to balance ur workouts .Best of luck 🙏🏿💯

We’ve had him go against many different defenders giving him different looks. He’s been training with us for over 2 years & has grown tremendously as a player
