Traditionally in an agency you'd need to hire employees (on an employee contract). With drop servicing we are building an agency style business but removing a lot of the costs and risks involved by using freelancers on a 'sub contractors' agreement basis. It's just a way of differentiating the business model.

I can't answer this question as it depends largely on your actions. We have put together the most ‘results getting’ course, coaching, community and templates on the market. Together, the knowledge contained gets results in my businesses and the businesses of countless students like those you saw in the webinar. So, some students get sales in a few weeks, some in a few months, some never get sales because they never implement any steps that the course tells them to implement, they give up prematurely and lack consistency. So, it depends on how much time and effort you're willing to put into it, whether you follow all the steps and directions or not, whether your website looks good, whether your offer is desirable and competitive, whether your copywriting is good, whether you're targeting the right prospects, etc. There are many variables that I cannot control. I just tell you everything that you SHOULD do, but whether you do it or not, and to what extent, depends largely on you. Money is another variable and usually the more money you invest, the easier and faster it is to build a business and start getting results. Doing everything for free is certainly possible, but it usually takes weeks of hard work to start seeing results. It's all about persistence and not giving up, which, sadly, a lot of people do. If your expectations are too high and you expect to get rich in a few weeks, then you most likely will give up because it rarely happens if you’re a total beginner. Building a business takes time, it's an ongoing process. I just want to highlight that this is not a get-rich-quick scheme. If you want to succeed, you're going to have to work hard, follow all the steps in the course and take action. I hope this helps.

There's no one way to get clients. There's various marketing methods. You get clients in pretty much the same way as any other business that gets clients online would, e.g. social media outreach (e.g. Linkedin - there's also tools like linkedin sales navigator, Instagram, Facebook), cold email, paid advertising, etc. Please research your favourite marketing methods as much as you can. You can also use freelancing platforms like Upwork, Freelancer or Fiverr to start there. I also share a lot of tips in my other videos.
