Without using findviewbyid access the ID's of XML file in Kotlin file - Android Studio 4.1.1

This video demonstrates step by step how to access ID's of XML file in kotlin file of Android Studio 4.1.1 without using findviewbyid.
In android studio version earlier then 4.1.1, we can access ID's of XML directly in kotlin file. But, android version 4.1.1 onwards you need to set the plugins as mentioned in video to avoid the use of findviewbyid.

To Access Source code Click on Package name and then click on .java file. To Access XML file click on resource folder then in layout access XML file.
