In this video, Dr. Praveen Tripathi, who is a psychiatrist and sexual disorders specialist talks about the genesis of negative thinking and how to manage it.

Dr. Praveen Tripathi is a renowned psychiatrist who practices in Delhi-NCR. He did his MBBS from University College of Medical Sciences (UCMS, Delhi) and MD (Psychiatry) from the prestigious Institute of Human Behavior and Allied Sciences (IHBAS, Delhi). He also underwent training at the world-renowned Mount Sinai School of Medicine, New York, USA, and Kansas University Medical Centre, Kansas, USA. He is one amongst the few Indian doctors who have cleared the prestigious United States Clinical Skill examination that evaluates a doctor's clinical competency. Dr. Tripathi underwent training in the use of transcranial magnetic stimulation therapy from Harvard Medical Centre, which is the topmost medical college in the USA.

I m suffering a lot for these problem .. Negative thoughts ki ek chain si ban gyi h ki future me m ye krunga use marunga or bhi bhut backwass or jb imagination me gussa aa raha hota h to mujhe actual me bhi bhut gussa aa raha hota h dimag fatne ko ho jaata h. Feeling myself helpless.... This has become routine of my life..

I think best remedy to improve these mental issues is to practice positivity like u practice negativity daily😬 jokes apart and second most important remedy is Meditation.....😊Our mind is constantly dominating us our mind has two side negative and positive so we have to win by practice so that we can beat the negative side... Aur very important thing duniya ki fikar karna chhod do confident raho aur sirf khud par focus karo..
