Iss video me Dr. Praveen Tripathi ne Schizophrenia bimari ke baare me detail me bataya hai. Schizophrenia ek gambheer mansik bimari hai jo Hindustan me lagbhag 1.41% logo me paai jaati hai. Ye bimari aam taur par young age me he shuru ho jaati hai jab vyakti 18-20 saal ki umar ka ho. Purusho me mahilaao ki tulna me lakshan pehle dikhne shuru ho jaate hain. Agar lakshan ki baat ki jaaye to Schizophrenia me Delusions aur Hallucinations ko main symptoms maana jata hai. Inhe psychotic symptoms bhi kehte hain. Delusions me vyakti behki behki baatein karne lagta hai, usse lagta hai ki kuch gadbad ho rahi hai, aas paas ke log usse maarna chahte hain, koi peecha kar raha hai, darr lagne lagta hai, ghabraya hua dikhta hai, pariwaar waalo par shak veham hota hai, aisa lagta hai ki uske khaane me kisi ne zehar mila dia hai. Patient ko aisa mehsoos hone kagta hai hai jaise aas paas ke sab log usse he dekh rahe ho ya uski he baatein kar rahein ho. Kabhi kabhi patients ko kaano me kuch awaazein sunaai deni lagti hain jo aas paas kisi ko bhi sunaai nahi deti aur na he asliyat me hoti hain, inhe Auditory Hallusinations kaha jata hai. Patients ye awaazein sunkar khud se badbadaane lagta hai. Kabhi kabhi patients ko kuch dikhaai dene lagta hai jo baaki logo ko nahi dikhta, jinhe Visual Hallucinations kehta hain. Inke alawa patient ko kuch negative syptoms bhi hote hain jaise patient ka kisi bhi cheez me mann na lagna, kuch enjoy nahi karta, na kaam me, na padhaai me, patient akele he rehna chahta hai, usse na to khushi ka ehsaas hota hai -na dukh ka. Disorganised symptoms me patients me dekhe jaate hain jaise garmi me ghanto khade rehna, ajeeb tarah ke kapde pehn na, saaf safi ka dhyaan na rakhna, zameen se utha kar kuch kha lia. Aise lakshan agar ek maheene se zada bane rahe to isse Schizophrenia kaha jata hai.
Schizophrenia hone ke kai kaaran hote hai jaise Genetics, Brain me chemical imbalance ya chemical changes hona ya Schizoid personality hona.
Research ke anusaar ye bataya gaya hai ki Schizophrenia ka ilaaj sambhav hai. Isme sabse important role psychiatric medicines ka hota hai jo ki ek psychiatrist prescribe karta hai. Medicines se dheere dheere Schizophrenia ke lakshan me improvement hoti hai. Kabhi kabhi patients k lakshan zada severe ho jaate hai, to unhe hospital me admit karne ki zarurat bhi pad skti hai. Sir mujh me bahut saare symptoms hain: Sudden strong Aggressive and impulsive emotions, Panic attack, Kuch kuch bolta rehta hoon jo mujhe bhi nhi pata chalta, Kisi random word ko automatically repeatedly bolta rehta hoon ya sochta rehta hoon especially when I am upset, Kabhi kabhi mere fingers khud hi chalte rehte hain, kisi bhi kaam mein man nhi lagta hai, suicidal thoughts bhi aate hain, bahut negative thoughts aate hain, main zyada travel nhi karna chahta aisa lagta hai jaise accident ho jaayega, cheezein jaldi bhoolna, Aisa lagta hai jaise koi mujhe control kar raha hai, Kabhi kabhi main kuch der ke liye kahin bhi ruk ke kuch sochne lag jata hoon phir yaad aata hai main yahan kyun ruk gaya, Ab main utna creatively soch nhi pata, Mera weight bahut kam ho gaya hai, (Main bald ho gaya hoon) Yeah symptoms last 5 years me bahut zyada ho gaye hain. Aisa lagta hai dimaag hamesha kuch kuch sochta rehta hai. Main 30 years ka hoon. Main inn saare symptoms ko rokne ki bahut kosis karta hoon lekin kuch nhi kar pata hoon 😭.

I have consult with doctor alone by explaining all the activity and symptoms. Based on the diagnosis doctor has prescribed medicine. And as you explained that in this disease patients do not have trust on others. So she refuse to take medicines.. Now I want to know what is the solution of this problem.

My Mother is suffering from schizophrenia since I was a 3rd standard kid, she was talking to some voices which no one here except her self, my father took her to doctor for treatment but she was not willing to take medicines, he also went to some so called religious saints but it didn't cure her, now she is taking Sizodon(Risperidone) tonic every day which makes her a slightly better person. If she stop taking it, she returns to privious condition.
