I wish Dr Tyler comes to London, England. I’m suffering from shoulder, neck and lower back pain for years, I can’t even bend without feeling the pain on my hips so even vacuum cleaning the floor affects my back therefore I’m very limited to what I can do. I have swallowed too many pain killer pills in my life.

Instead of using your thumbs, find the spot with your fingers and then put the point of your elbow in it. It’s what I’m doing and it definitely saves your thumbs and it does the job
