I'm a mess of drugs, alcohol and weak thinking. I don't believe in myself to have trust God like other have. I just cannot trust myself for anything.

AMEN!!! Just put my testimony up as well. So many years of heroin and hard drug abuse to almost taking my life on a highway. In a coma, had my last rites read twice, but God had a different plan and worked a miracle for certain. Check it out if you have a half hr and want to hear more about how Christ restores all things. You have no idea the power your own words in prayer have and as beautiful as it is to have others pray for you, remember that nobody can save you but Jesus and your own belief that Jesus can save you. You gotta believe it. As clearly as you believe the sky is up and water is wet. Believe.

Dear God🙏💗💕 ❤️💗❤️💗in heaven, I come to you in the name of Jesus. I acknowledge to You that I am a sinner, and I am sorry for my sins and the life that I have lived; I need your forgiveness. I believe that your only begotten Son Jesus Christ shed His precious blood on the cross at Calvary and died for my sins, and I am now willing to turn from my sin. You said in the bible that if we confess the Lord our God and believe in our hearts that God raised Jesus from the dead, we shall be saved. Right now I confess Jesus as my Lord. With my heart, I believe that God raised Jesus from the dead. This very moment I accept Jesus Christ as my own personal Savior and according to His Word, right now I am saved. Amen.

I was just praying for others first then I just prayed for god to guide me away from drugs I dont think drug addicts need jail they need help I hope they abolish that offence putting drug addicts in jail instead they have a choice of jail or a 6 month treatment if you never done drugs then you will never understand how deep in darkness your in you feel so angry and guilty it's bad

See, drug addicts have something in their head that is driving them in that direction. When one accepts Jesus into one's heart and does it sincerely there is a sudden change. The aspect that one had will change directions as well. It goes in another direction. One big change is, -there is no more animosity towards others, which in itself is a big relief and the release of a big burden.

Just because you been abused is not an excuse for you to turn to drugs and alcohol. That's what people need to understand. There are other ways to deal with your pain. So please dont use that lame and lazy excuse. People throughout history as been through hell and didn't turn to that crap!

Please try to show more compassion and understanding for ppl struggling with different things. We all have different strengths. You can hold someone accountable and show empathy at the same time.
