This was at a club in Boston called “Harpers Ferry” in the mid 90’s. Great venue to see a TTS show. I worked for them for a few years. Like a free drum lesson every show!

I was blessed to see Dave a bunch of times around Boston in the 90s. Holy crap what a talent! Pretty sure I was at the show in the first clip (Harpers Ferry). Love the Mike Mangini reaction in the second clip at the Rat

it was just a popular bar (gig) in Boston during the 1990's. That was the heyday for live music in that town, late 80's thru 90's. It wouldn't have been that unusual to see that crowd on a WEEKDAY evening.

Two Ton Shoe are great and Dave DiCenso is an absolute beast of a drummer. He never became a household name but he's a world-class player.

Dave has played with Jon Finn Group, on John Petrucci's album, Duran Duran, Cro Mags and others already mentioned. I first saw him sweating his butt off with Jon Finn some 30+ years ago, at the now defunct Johnny D's in Davis Square. He is great to witness jamming out live.

When anybody uses 'Berkeley Collage' I'm always thinking about Jason Bittner from Overkill! Never heard of Dave Dicesno before - but hey I'm just 14 😂But he's really amazing! That's an outstanding drum performance! This guys kills the drums!!! So cool to watch stuff like this!

I wish there were good videos of that. (If you have links, please give them - I've searched.) The video I've seen is horrible quality audio/video, poorly shot, and from rehearsal. It'd be nice to see some better footage.)

I once subbed for Dave DiCenso (if I had a drumming biz card that's wot it would say). No sh!t. 90's; 1 of his bands, not TTS playing here, opened for us at Necco Place in Boston and a band members asked me to do a cpl rehearsals and an upcoming gig. They didn't say they were disappointed w/ me, but I can't imagine they weren't when they compared my playing to his.
