Drumstick Tomato Curry
Ingredients:
Drumsticks - 2
Moringa leaves - 1 cup
Moringa Flowers - 1 cup
Tomatoes- 3
Onion- 1
Mustard- 1/2 tsp
Cumin - 1/2 tsp
Turmeric- 1/4 tsp
Ginger garlic paste- 1 tsp
Sesame powder - 2 tsp
Coriander powder- 1 tsp
Garam masala - 1/4 tsp
Salt - To Taste
Oil - 2 tsp
Water - 1/2 cup
Drumstick Sambar
Drumsticks - 2
Toor Dal - Boiled - 1 cup
Onion - 2
Tomatoes- 2
Mustard- 1/4 tsp
Cumin - 1/4 tsp
Methi - Pinch
Red chillies- 2
Curry leaves- 2 sprigs
Hing - Pinch
Garlic- few cloves
Turmeric- 1/2 tsp
Tamarind juice- 1 cup
Sambar powder- 2 tsp
Chilli powder- 1 tsp
Coriander powder- 1 tsp
Jaggery - 1/2 tsp
Moringa Leaves- 1 cup
Water - 1 cup

I love moringa, my grandma had this tree in her backyard, homegrown is always best. Here in USA they sell these leaves and drumsticks at crazy price like $7 to $8 for one lb.

Super Sanjay garu. In usa, moringa frsh leaf is available at 7.99 per lb. Snce it is almost free in India, i wish people use it more often.
