When I first visited relatives there back in 1978 when I left it felt like my liver and kidneys were poisoned by all the alcohol. Have fun but be careful. Banitsa for breakfast.

Evan, don’t start your day with rakia 😂. Otherwise you will have the whole day free ( this is a local joke -100 ml rakia in the morning will knock you out). The coin is reserved for Easter eve, and we do not chock on it because we all are looking for it before starting eating. cheers!
