Generally, new content is harder than old. You don't notice it much from event to event, but go back in the archive and you will notice a massive difference.

If you are a Global player, you can buy the W rerunning skin by that skin ticket. This is because W skin is not L2D yet.

@@mercy6792 if I bought the specter skin now, I will get the ticket in the 3rd anniversary which is the same time W skin become l2d. So I don't think that's possible.
