I want to thank you Dr li. I'm stage 4 cancer in 6 places. I refused chemotherapy and radiotherapy, I took immunotherapy, I cut out all sugar and sweeteners,cut out gluten and dairy.And followed your diet for cancer. And professor Thomas geyfield who said gluten & sugar feeds cancer. I had a ct scan in December 2023 and Feb 2024 all and both scans showed No TUMERS only scar tissue on my liver. all cancer suffers should follow what I did. just buy gluten free

Gluten is blamed for way too much. Look into ancient einkorn wheat, which doesn't give you the responses that modern wheat does. It isn't always gluten - it is loaded with glyphosates, bromates and bleach in processing. It is very simplistic thinking. I mean people were making fruit the enemy, one of nature's perfect foods!

Telling me "sneaky sources" of sugar and carbs is not telling me what warning signs are that I'm eating too much sugar. I thought the video would tell me what signs I should look for (other than lethargy). Things like effect on skin, what it makes me feel like (more than lethargic), etc. The whole petrol/gas thing was way too long. This video didn't tell me a lot of warning signs.

People talk about sugar, but they should add caffeine to it because many of those folks are doing sugar + caffeine. And processed foods. If those folks made all those things at home, I'd bet their health would be much better just not eating processed chemicals. I make my own egg roll wrappers, bread, graham crackers, etc
@suzanneemerson2625
@suzanneemerson2625 12 күн бұрын
Carbs turn into sugar chemically when you eat them, especially anything made with wheat flour (white flour and whole wheat flour are processed the same by the body). So when people say stop eating sugar, that means anything made with flour, too. Bread is the first thing you must eliminate from your diet after pure white sugar. Keep your carbs below 40g/day to be healthy.

@@musicjunkieaddict6600 I had tried for years to get my husband to change his way of eating and not worrying about his health. He had a TIA in December 2023 and had to have a blockage cleaned out of an artery in his neck. He is now convinced that he should have listened rather than putting us through all the mental stress as well as financial stress. I had already lost 1 husband back in 1994 to cancer because he lived an unhealthy lifestyle...smoking, drinking, eating crap. I was his caregiver for the last 9 months of his life. My point is, I am not too sure if I could have gone through all that again if my current husband would not have changed his lifestyle after his TIA. It takes a very strong person emotionally, physically and spiritually to be able to watch the person you love suffer and eventually not even be "alive". Until you are in that situation, do not judge a person's decision to leave or stay. And I hope you never have to find out what it is like.

I know people who have cured cancer with Reiki healing. I know others who have done it with meditation. I also know people who have healed completely through a strict diet. And one woman I know got divorced and her stage 4 cancer was gone within a year with minimal palliative care. All different kinds of cancer. I had a friend with inoperable malignant brain tumors. Doctors at Stanford told him he would die. He was 23. He went for a treatment with John of God in South America. When he returned, he went back for scans with his oncologists, and there was no sign of any cancer. That was 30 years ago. I don’t know what to think.
