I'm 45. 1986 was a golden year for me, because I discovered the 2 bands of my Life : Bon Jovi and INXS. Bon Jovi with Slippery when wet (out the day of my birthday), and INXS with the song Kiss the dirt. Both bands are incredible live, fantastic musicians, best front men ever. Dry County is one of my favorites Bon Jovi's songs, with "Hey God", another underated song, Always, this ain't a love song, lie to me and you give love a bad name.

The Bon Jovi Band had special musicians in each instrument, they managed very well their time, harmonies, spaces, they complemented each other brilliantly. And Jon is a specialist in handling the times on stage, his staging and his voice. AN EXCELLENT BAND.

I was at this concert Wembley 1995 for the first night! Me and my friend were sweet 16 and got there over 30 hrs before the gates opened! We camped out but it paid off as we got front row by running as fast as we could over the pitch! Was gutted the first night wasn’t put out on vhs/dvd as we kept freeze framing the front row to see if we could see ourselves! Awesome night & atmosphere- one of the best nights of my life! We were right in front of David who we kept waving at and he waved back! It was exhilarating!

Just found your channel yesterday, very insightful analysis. I was actually at this concert, Bon Jovi played 3 nights at Wembley stadium with a stunning support line up of Thunder/Ugly Kid Joe, Extreme and Van Halen. I was only 21 at the time and we went to all 3 nights camping outside the stadium in the queue so we could be sure of being right at the front. I think the closest we got was 3rd row in the mosh pit. Totally exhausting but life enduring memories. You are absolutely right in saying this was Bon Jovi at their best, I saw them maybe 30 times live and this concert was a stand out. Dry County is one of my absolute favourite songs ever and I adore the Keep the Faith Album. So sad that Richie isn't with the band anymore but I'm not so into their new albums, anything after the These Days album is a bit light weight and commercial for my liking but they're still legendary. I'm very fortunate to have high-fived Jon when he sang Livin' on a Prayer at the Milton Keynes Bowl (I think it was in '94 when they were supported by the Manic Street Preachers). That night we were right at the front and he was running down the front of the audience high fiving as many people as he could. What a night.

Just found your video.. my favourite song ever. I’m 48 now and was at all 3 Wembley shows with 8 of my closest friends, one of the top weekends of my life. We were all at the very front all 3 days. Was lucky enough to see them with Richie 28 times in all. Bon Jove are the sound track to my teens. Amazing….🤘🤘❤️❤️

@@anetavolcano5496 Hi. I was just 14 the first time I saw them in 1988 standing down the front at Wembley arena in my school uniform..🤣 went straight from school. Myself and some friends followed them around England on that tour. London, Manchester and so on. I was a crazy fan, I had a perm at school and would dress like them, a complete obsession.🤣🤣. Great times. I still keep the same Frends now and we still talk about how great it was to be a teen in Bon jovi’s prime. We were so lucky…..🤘🤟❤️

David is a great Classical pianist. And even has written Music for Broadway. Richie is such a great guitar player And Tico is a Amazing Drummer. And he can still to this day beat those drums just the same And in Richie are still really good John andfortunately sad but he has lost his voice because he didn't take care of his vocal chords, that is so sad it makes me cry every time I hear him try to sing now. You gotta take care of that instrument that makes such a beautiful music if you don't you end up like JBJ. But he didn't listen to people and took a little bit of voice lessons and then you got bored with it and stopped after a couple of months and that's where his mistake is. He did too many concerts too many on the road tours For months and even years on the road that took its toll on his beautiful voice that he had A lot of people haven't really noticed but you have noticed in the last 15 years especially in the last 3 or 4 it's really gotten bad he can't even carry a tune anymore I feel that hes probably not gonna do anymore Tory you might do a concert here and there but I think his tour days are done it's again I've noticed he spends all of his time now with his son Jesse promoting Hampton Water wine which is his son's and his wine.

Finally a title that's worth it! normal, it dates from before 2001. I love when people feel and analyze how you do, I do the same and always find new details or harmonies that make my hair stand up, and more than Jon's cute face, I love his music It's fantastic, I don't know, for me it has been my soundtrack and the truth is that I felt identified with you because you listen to songs like me. I think that vibrating with the music is priceless and although Jon's voice is gone, I tell you, in concert (my last one in frontrow two years ago), it is a theme that goes unnoticed because even without sambora, they still sound so good ... greetings and thanks for vibrating with the music

I was on the tour for THINFS in Zurich and I was hoping not to hear this one with PhilX, not because of him, he is a guitar player extra ordinate, but when Richie plays those solos and Jon sings it like he was way back in 95...hmmm it's a masterpiece...don't get me wrong I love the bend, but some things should have been left in past...you know...even on Blood on blood PhilX is not using fingers to play the main melody like Richie does and it's not the same...it's a cover to me...I would love if I could have hear Richie...anyways...great song...one of the best...deserves to stand with November Rain ( you know which bend I'm talking about) on the top if not even better...

You're right Slaven! No one will ever play it like Richie, I think we all know it. The feeling will never be the same. When these 2 guys get together on stage it's magic, plus Tico and David, and you've got a total magic, haha. But it is what it is. Buy maybe you're right, maybe some of their songs should only be played with Richie... I love PhilX by the way, he's got his own totally different style. Thanks for your comment.🤗
