This turned out beautiful! What works really well for me to clean up resin with glitter, is after it's cured in the silicone cup, I turn the cup inside out and then get a large piece of packing tape and the leftover resin and glitter comes right off, and it only takes a minute or two. I've never seen those silicone stir sticks! I need to get some!

Btw just another question I have you reminded me of since you said that mold is new, when I get a new mold I fill it with water then pour that into a measuring cup and then write down how much it takes so I’ll know how much total resin I need each time. Then of course I divide by 2 bc my resin is 1:1. It seems to work pretty close for me, is that a good way to tell? Someone asked me the other day IRL and I didn’t want to convey false information so I said I would ask a pro😉

How do you clean the silicone cups? Do you use a special type of detergent. Mines are still sticky even after I wash them with warm water and dishwashing soap.

Usually I wipe them out with a baby wipe, or I put a little isopropyl alcohol in, swirl it around, then use a paper towel to clean it out. Glitter is very hard to remove from the cups, so I usually use a paper cup for glitter

You use Art Resin for coasters? Asking because of heat from say coffee mug.

ArtResin can tolerate up to 120 F or 50C . Which I find sufficient as long as the coasters have fully cured. Most resin isn't fully cured for 30 days, especially heat resistant resin. I tell my clients this. I will ship them at 7 days cured, but I include a note that they shouldn't be used for 30 days. I hope that helps! I do make "hot plates" , too, and for those I use Stone Coat Resin which can stand up to 500 F. You can use code DDAS for $10 off a $95 order with them, www.stonecoatcountertops.com

Dryer Days Art Studio I’ve been using the Amazing Alumilite casting resin, I’m a baby newbie haha, and it says 130° I’ve been having my mom use it for coffee and it’s worked well but I had no idea 30 days? I’ve learned 2 tips f/this 1 video, the clear layer and this. TFS!💜
