I just wanted to tell you that your videos really inspire me to tackle projects that I find daunting. I recently hired a contractor to install drywall in my house and he didn't tape a single seam (in the midst of a thousand other errors that I've had to correct). I watched your videos and you helped me fix all the errors. Thank you for your calm and informative instructions that don't use a bunch of jargon so no lay person can understand them. This is my first home and I'm so daunted by all the challenges but I keep watching all of your videos when I need the help. Thank you not only for the help but for not making me feel stupid when I seek out the help!

I did two inside corners this week in my dining room, one I did the old fashioned way by mudding each side separately and the other corner I did using the corner trowel......HUGE difference! I have to do the rest of the house and I am hooked on this new tool! Thanks for the instructions!

Leah is awesome. Love and paid attention to many of her tips. She perhaps puts out the best tutorial videos on youtube. She is clear and precise without fanfare, musical or 'dancing' backgrounds. Very often I have taken a task then wished i first searched what tips Leah offered. No matter who your are or your trade, you always come out with more than you thought you knew. Thanks Leah, awesome as usual.

Thank you. It is so nice to find a skilled woman on the first link on the web. I have done this lots over the years, but am getting old... Needed to see the simple right way to do it first time. You showed and explained it perfect. Now I can go get my perfect corner first try... because seeing you do it, helped my memory. Thanks.

Thank you so much for these videos!!! I've watched all of your drywalling ones and they gave me so much confidence! I do lots of DIY (electrical, plumbing, flooring, build furniture, etc), but drywall has always intimidated me! I knocked out the wall underneath our stairs (so much storage!), tiled the floor and am finishing the walls. Just finished taping butt joints and corners and they look great for a first coat. Thank you!!!

Thanks, never worked with corner bead that uses paper wings. Current events leave full metal bead off the table as our local supply is not large enough for a fairly large garage room. I know from repairing holes how to make paper stick to drywall but I'm going to be jamming, working and passing out in this room so I want it to look nice. Your trowel technique is what I was really looking for, didn't even realize it until I seen it or at least your way of showing it made it very easy to comprehend what to do and why to do it (the most important part).

day yum, you make the best videos but i'm sure you already knew that (just a little problem with volume on one of these takes), i'm clueless and didn't even know about using a corner trowel so, not that i have room for any more tools around here but i'm gonna go out and get one before i try this next project. even when there's a subject i'm familiar with i'm not insulted or feel like i'm being talked down to if someone assumes i know nothing and starts with the basics. people who are already confident can just pass over the easy parts and pick up later on or just do their own particular jobs without having to refer to these kinds of videos. it's great the way you instill confidence in all of us, including those society tends to make feel inferior when it comes to this kind of stuff, by ending with "YOU can do this!". i look forward to more of your helpful instructions and wish you the best.

Hi stumbled on your channel looking to learn how to mudd drywall and came here. My husband is a contractor so I don't do this stuff but I wanted to surprise him and do the garage walls. He's away on a project so what a nice surprise right? Definite wife points. Leah new sub. Come to the front of the line you have earned my respect. Best video. Great and easy instructions. I feel empowered. I would let you know how it turned out. Thanks

Thanks so much. I didn't know about applying pressure with my other hand as you're pulling the trowel down! I think that's the missing key for me...and also, now I see that I've been applying way too much mud in the first place!

You made that look so easy. I instinctantly bough all the tools I need. I just didn't know how to use them.. Thanks for the instructions. Ps my corner trowel is way smaller than yours.
