@@New-me2np it was a dominion until 1934 at which point it let Britain take control of things due to economic troubles

@@DShakey The Dominion of Newfoundland still existed until 1949, but was administered by a government commission. This is reflected in the national spirits. Therefore, it can exist on the map as a separate country.

As a Newfoundlander myself this video has me grinning at both how awesome it is and how cheeky the idea of Newfoundland being a well run nation and it having interesting changes with the war. I imagine the person making this mod did want to teach a fair bit of our history too.

well we were ran by London fom 1934 til 1949, we had a dissolved govt at that point so we couldnt do much.
