Very cool! Recently subbed. Not to many people follow through with these swaps. And i really like the paint scheme. Makes it look more modern than just blue all over everything.

This is awesome!! Not many people out there who are willing to attempt something like this, I have wanted to put this engine in a pickup truck for years now but never attempted it. I look forward to the outcome!

Beautiful work man!. Excited to see how this turns out! Looks like an excellent job so far. I've been wanting to do a DT swap in a superduty for years now. Cant get any better than that combo IMO. The 466 is amazing, the best mid duty diesel ever made IMO

You should box the whole frame in if possible because it's gonna have some increase in torque and it might twist the frame if you off road in it.sweet job with the placement some of the best I've seen yet on you tube.

@@wookieworks3 looks like you’re already on a 7.3-6.0 frame, if that’s true then you’re perfectly fine, no reason to do any more than what’s given to you unless you plan on running extreme power and towing heavier than the new f350s. You can box the front half but nothing more is really needed

I love your videos. I just bought a 1996 4700 today with the 466 and P7100 pump. I will be putting it in a 2010 F 350 that currently has a bad motor. I own a home in Thorne Bay. I would love to look at your project and ask a few question if you have time for that.

Thank you for the information. Excited to see this project progress. I do have a question for you. I have the exact same Engine with the p 7100 pump. What are you going to use for power steering? The pre-existing power steering pump behind the air compressor I believe is too powerful for the Super Duty.

Yes, that is my plan. It can be shimmed to a lower pressure if needed. If flow is an issue I'll switch to a different pump or add a bypass.
