I bought a dtf a3+ my printer it's not working, and they denied to me the parts that I need just because I didn't buy the ink from all american print. I won't buy anything from all american print anymore...

Hello, on the product listing under the bold warranty lines we outline the use of non-DTF Station ink will void the warranty which sounds like also resulted in parts failure. This stipulation is there for a reason and is consistent with printer manufacturers in this industry. How old is your machine?
