When you used the dtf and the powder did you just cut off the black square from the film? Thank you!

I have the 2760, I had to remove the roller bar but now the end of the prints keep smearing. Which part worked for you? The black box or cardboard?

You can try that or you can put a piece of masking tape across the entire bottom of the sheet and the printer will think it's a regular piece of paper

get a piece of a3 paper from an art pad and apply some pritt stick across the top and bottom, then apply the dtf to it. it should feed straight through then. when printed the dtf should peel straight off. cut off any excess pritt stick from the dtf sheet and let the pritt stick dry on the paper. you can then reuse the paper over and over. no messing about with sticky tape etc

Should not stick to the film it should be sticking to the inks.

After I print the powder is not sticking to the backside of the film

Are you sure you are using DTF inks? Reach out to the supplier for help
