Is Dubai Hills and Emirate Hills different places?? If so, which one is more prestigious for Multi-millionaires?

Hi Samuel, yes it’s a different place. Emirates Hills is already well established area and one of the first prestigious community, hence Dubai Hills is new and still developing with more modern vibe. Both areas can offer that lifestyle you mentioned
