+ulrich rafa that was out of respect to the court she plays in, the same manner applies to judo and taekwondo as well as Japanese daily lives

Is it just me or do badminton players have so little respect towards each other? Don't get me wrong I play a tons of both badminton and tennis but it feels like badminton players could hardly care to care or congratulate their opponents when they are shaking their hands, it's kind of sickening.

+Xiao Jack dont judge too easy. Do you even know how much pressure those national players were having on their shoulders as well as their thoughts and focus onto the games. All they were thinking about was how to win, and you expect them to let those heavy thoughts go just when the games finish?! Besides, their lack of facial expressions doesnt mean they dont respect other people, "sickening" is way too much of a heavy and disrespectful word from a person who does not know the slightest of their situation. by the by, speaking of tennis, i bet you have seen much more intentional rackets wrecking cases from frustrated players, what about those huh

+Xiao Jack and its funny when you made this comment about how players hardly congratulate their opponents after watching those Indonesians and Chinese players smile happily after their mens double game, all 4 of them.

+Adam YUI no I am just talking about handshakes. Sure they are under tremendous pressure but they can sure try to be good losers like LYD and Yoo in the semis in stead of a weak handshake just for the sake of getting it over with.

I think one of the reasons is that they don't all speak the same language, it is much harder to congratulate each other if you don't know how to say it. Whereas most tennis players speak English.
