Very nice install. One suggestion I think a better term for "ducted ductless" would be "ducted mini-split" makes more sense to me.

You should insulate the returns when they are in the attic. The cooling and heating would be more efficient.

In the floor plan graphic it looks like the bedroom didn't get any service. Is that just an oversight?

My only concern is the drip pan. The drain hose is mid-way up your drip pan. This means the pan must fill up with water before it will start to drain. That pool of water will remain in the pan. As the leak continue to drip or stream down, you’ll have splashing going everywhere in your attic. Yes, you;’ll have some splash when the pan is dry, but the splash is much worse when the pan has water in it. Then the water that can’t escape down the tube will have to evaporate into your attic. IF you don’t want to re-do the drain pipe connection, you can raise the drip pan up, so it’s closer to the unit and less likely to splash water out, as long as the support can hold the weight of the pan full of water.

What are the sizes, BTU, of each of those indoor units?

Why did you slope your condensate up before sloping down? Even with the condensate sump wouldn't you want it to slope down regardless?

I like the oversized helps with noise and we got to oversize ours to make up for all those undersized ducts

My concern is the height of the condenser off of the ground. In Whatcom County, Washington, you get an annual snowfall of 10". This is how far the bottom of the condenser should be off of the ground. Looks like you've got about 2"

Are both units (ductless and ducted) operating off one compressor?

I'm currently considering ductless for my Kentucky home built in 1900. My house is 1400 sf long and narrow, one floor. I like the floor mount versus the wall units - how do you service those or clean the filters? I get a headache from all the information out there, but when it comes down to it you need an installer who knows their stuff, purchase a unit that you can get serviced in your area and watch the warranty length. Has anyone ever painted the wiring/refrigeration line cover to match their house? They are so ugly, remind me of a snake crawling on the house.

I just added a similar 2 zone and getting minimal air flow out of the registers. I have a 18000BTU air handler for an area of 980SF should I have put in a 24000RVJU. Any suggestions?
