Due to lack of money, a woman had to buy an old used coat. When she got home, she found a strange note in the lining of the coat and gasped at its contents.

Michelle sat in the kitchen as the predawn twilight mingled with the warm light from the night lamp. She waited for a truck to transport her belongings from the apartment she had rented for nearly eight years.
Michelle arrived at this apartment as a naive and inexperienced young woman fresh out of school and just starting college. Back then, she felt like a child, and now Michelle was a different person-an adult, knowledgeable about life, carrying the weight of experience. She was even a bit envious of her younger, more enthusiastic self, who believed the best and most exciting experiences were still to come.
Initially, it was like that. Life in the city swept Michelle into a whirlwind of studies, new acquaintances, and unfamiliar entertainment. It was fun. Then, a series of troubles fell on her, forcing her to grow up quickly, shed her rose-tinted glasses, and fight.
Michelle was born and raised in the village, over 100 kilometers away from the bustling city. Her parents had been childless for many years and had tried everything: they traveled to holy sites, visited healing springs, and sought help from various herbalists. This was after official medicine declared Michelle's mother infertile. Doctors didn't give her any chance of becoming pregnant and advised her to either accept the situation or adopt a child. Only then did the couple decide to explore unconventional methods. Eventually, a miracle occurred. However, by the time Michelle was born, her parents were already over 40. While their peers were becoming grandparents, they were just starting to raise a child.
the girls' childhood was idyllic: loving parents, a crowd of friends, and a loyal dog. Summers were filled with bike rides to the river and walks in the forest. In winter, the same group of friends enjoyed sledding down hills and building massive snow fortresses.
Michelle's parents doted on her, finding delight and amazement in all she did. She grew up feeling secure, enveloped in love and acceptance. As she grew older, Michelle did notice that her friends' parents were younger and more physically fit, but this never bothered her. In fact, she used to feel sorry for her peers when she saw how their parents treated them: shouting, showing irritation, and sometimes even resorting to physical punishment. Michelle's family was different. Her parents respected her wishes and were very attentive. Home was a place of unwavering support for Michelle.
"Study to become a white collar her mother advised, "You'll work in a comfortable office, unlike me, who used to work on the farm from dawn to dusk. Physical labor quickly wears out a woman's beauty."
"Listen to your mother!" the father chimed in. "You're smart, you can handle anything!"
The father and mother often set their neighbor's son Brian as an example for Michelle. The boy was short, sturdy, and had a pleasant disposition, though he was not conventionally handsome like the most handsome boy from their school.
Brian was different from the other village children. Instead of playing soccer, he spent his time reading books from the local library. Michelle found it strange that Brian preferred anatomy textbooks and treatises on the human body over adventure novels or comic books. She had trouble understanding the titles of these textbooks, let alone their content!

She is one of the best narrators, I love listening to her read these stories, there are others who evidently don’t know punctuation by the way they read.

Another beautiful story from you! I love and enjoyed it so much that I feel it is so short, the ending was so happy that I wish there were more to it.This story dealt with love, deceitful friends and hardship . Like your other stories I won’t say much I want the next person to enjoy it as much as I did. Thank you so much for sharing , the narrator’s voice is lovely and soothing as always!

When I lost both my parents I had to learn how to live without them because I was in my late forties and I just didn't know how to live without them because I never had to before so to those that think they're parents are a pain trust me I would give anything to be able to apologize for all the trouble I gave them and let them know just how much I love and miss them!!! Cherish your parents and grandparents, and any family that you have because its hard to be without them!!! Love this story and Darcy really needed to grow up and take control of her own life because her using Michelle was a terrible thing to do to her friend!!! Darcy seems to be an overgrown nrat that uses people until they are of no use to her anymore,I have had so called friends and yes some family members that have treated me the same and the only thing to do is forgive them but I will never trust them anymore I say hi and bye when I see them and move on!!! But if it came down to it if they truly needed me I will try to help or find someone that can within reason that is !!!

What a wonderful story. I felt so sorry for Michelle, she went through so many trials because she was too good hearted and many people took advantage of her. Darcy was a despicable fair weather, greedy "friend", she only wanted to be friends with Michelle for what she could get from her, like free babysitting, nice lunches and even expensive jewelry. But when Michelle needed help Darcy refused her, how rude, greedy and despicable, she was not a friend at all. Then her greedy boyfriend took advantage of her also. I'm happy she had a co-worker that helped her open her eyes to the people that were taking advantage of her. I thought she might end up with the police officer. I'm happy she ended up with Brian, her first crush/love. I love happy endings, and these stories do not disappoint. Thank you for all of your wonderful stories. They are always well narrated and you have such a pleasant voice that brings your stories to life, I can truly visualize each story. Thank you again .❤❤❤😊👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍. God bless you

I enjoyed the story. It is realistic, gypsy prophecy is simply a coincidence in life. Michelle learned that she should not build a relationship on unequal terms, giving money to people. She chose to live in the country and when she found her happiness, true love came. Very educative for young people. You are a wonder, dear narrator

So glad you caught the channels that you did. "Ouch"" Houston liked the channel better than your bass. That had to hurt Daniel. It sure looked yummy. I don't think Earl was mad because you didn't take him fishing as much as he was mad about being made into a pretty pup. Loved watching you filming you, Houston and Jacoby on another fishing excursion. Wish I was there. Man, I watch you daily but seems like Kelsy doubled in size the last 24 hrs. What are you feeding her. She's a good pup. All your dogs are good. Little Jemma was really wanting to get dirty. She loves the water as much as the others. She was always right in the water with Bella. Thankyou for the videos. They're always loved and appreciated l. Looking for fowrd to getting my 2 bags of whole pecans and 2 Do Your Best teal coffee mugs. One for me and one for my Daughter. Have a blessed day. Love and hugs to you all.

I hope this story is not as long as the story about a rich guy finding out in the end by coincidence that his caregiver was his real daughter. T He story went well all along but it dragged on just to show that the caregiver was related. That end part was unbelievable!
