It's nonsensical to think Devante Contested Catch/Zero Separation Parker is going to make it over a player who a draft pick was used on; a player with freak traits. A player who also wouldn't clear waivers because of those traits.

The biggest thing for the schedule release is Fans planning their schedule for Road trips for the season, people notifying their jobs for days off as those decisions have to be made by mid summer.. Airline & hotel reservations -ECT those things are a big deal.

My thing is, who’s the guy who suppose to develop our young talent at WR? We know Coach Stout so well because of what he’s done with the development of our o-lineman for years! Just like Fangio looks at Jalyx Hunt as a “project”, someone in our offense room should be eyeing Johnny Wilson the same! He can be a very reliable 3rd down/red zone threat

FYI the birds signed a bunch of players off other practice squads this year because the COVID / NIL rules made this draft class particularly shallow, hollowing out the UDFA market. Think it was an interesting and forward-looking move.

Johnny Wilson is a better player than Davante Parker is right now. Johnny Wilson will make the team and will get snaps in the slot this year.

I disagree about numbers! But I've played sports my whole life. My number is 27 . The sport I'm still playing is baseball. I love how 27 looks on a baseball uniform. My favorite single digits numbers are 9, 7, 3 . For me I personally think certain numbers look better to the eyes. For hockey 77 . 97. 88. 66. 99. 27. 37. 33 are all pretty good hockey numbers

The Exaggeration of Birds Fall (Writer Lateef Merritt) Let’s really take a look at this so called “birds collapse”. I think people are forgetting that the Eagles were on a 5 game win streak of facing Miami, Washington, Dallas, Kansas City, and buffalo; the matchup against San Fran they were rested coming off a mini bye week and pissed off at their previous loss to the birds…and they whooped our butts…slay and Bradberry actually played very well our linebackers not so much granted they were coming from the practice squad….then going into the Dallas game Dallas was also coming off a mini bye week and pissed at their previous loss to the eagles so they wanted it more and also whooped our butts…the next game was the Seattle game which they won by 3 with a walk off TD the Eagles then go and beats their divisional opponent the giants next game they lose to Arizona by 4 to a TD with 32 secs left next game the Eagles rested their starters against that same divisional opponent they just beat two weeks prior and lost that game following week round one playoffs they lose the game not being able to generate any offense with AJ brown not playing. I say that to say yes the collapse was disappointing to say the least but let’s not exaggerate over this so called collapse..in my honest opinion i believe the inexperienced coordinators is what hampered the birds after 12 weeks there’s lots of film on you and if you don’t adjust you will get beat…the changing of the guard mid-shift didn’t do them any good either but here we are 2024 with experienced coordinators and more talent these birds are about to takeoff no questions about it NFC/NFC East easy schedule you heard it here first.
