Welcome to another gameplay of Duke Nukem 3D on the hardest difficulty (Damn I'm Good) and here are the following changes that are made to the game:
1) The game is now gorier than the original.
2) Lizard Troopers now carry a special gun which can switch between lasers and shrink ray.
3) Lizard Enforcers now carry Expanders (Alternative to Shrinker weapon) though not as powerful as the player's but still quite deadly in pack. They can also toss mortar bombs.
4) Octabrains appear to be a little more psychotic.
5) Battlelords (Episode 1 boss) now have a deadly attack.
6) Fat Commanders now launch random sh*ts altogether along with rockets. (Note: I'm not fat shaming anyone, the enemy's literally called that)
7) Some inventories explode when trying to pick up. E.g: Holoduke and Night Vision Goggles.
8) Chaingun Cannon Ammo have 50% chance to explode on your face when trying to pick up.
9) Sentry Drones are now brown with green glowing eyes instead of the original green and red glowing eyes (sensors).
