Recently while cleaning out an old warehouse in Hollywood - an old film reel was found containing a scene from a lost episode of "Dukes of Hazzard" from Season Eight (the lost season).

Bo is older in this. He was about 18-22 years old when dukes was on. I think this is a fan film edited.

As others already mentioned, this may have been a believable scene if John Schneider had not looked so much older (hair much darker, face heavier with a few wrinkles, and unshaven face. Here he looked more like Pa Kent from "Smallville".

Traveler is from Collier& Co. If you knew your Dukes of Hazzard Production history you would know that the General Lee was originally going to be called "Traveler" after the real General Lee's horse,.They went with the General Lee because not many people would associate the horse with the General. Look it up!

It's a joke, folks. John Schneider and Scott Romine are friends. Schneider sold his '69 Charger 'Traveler', while trying to fund a sequel to Collier and Co.

Also Travler is the name of the race car in the 1975 movie moon runners. moon runners is the movie the dukes of hazzard is based on.

If this is a "lost" Episode than why does John Schneider look like John Schneider circa-1990s-2000's and why does he mention ebay which never existed in the 80's?? Three words: THIS IS FAKE.

Nope Rocket....you're wrong. This is from "Goodbye General Lee" Boss hypnotized Luke into thinking that the General Lee wasn't any good anymore and that they should retire it.

he also reprized this same role in a season 6 episode where daisy is hypnotized to think she's an heiress. The ep was called "heiress daisy duke" and luke actually makes references to this episode which i believe is one of only a few times they referred to prior episodes. One being the carnival of thrills being referred to in "my son bo hogg" when boss and rosco steal posters of the event to put in bo's "bedroom" at the boars nest, and the other was in Enos and Daisy's wedding when enos has a flashback in jail to when he fell down the ravine in "officer daisy duke" . The only other one i can think of involved enos being handcuffed to a chair and left on a wall. that incident was referred to a few times i think by cledus and rosco in later episodes.

Nope, This one is not in the episode, There was no traveler. This is part the one where Luke was hypnotized to get rid of the General Lee. Goodbye General Lee. Cooter saved the General Lee. Bo hit his head in the episode My Son Bo Hogg when he drove the van of moonshine into Chickasaw County and was chased by Sheriff Little. Don Pedro Cooley. As an avid Dukes fan, I know all the trivia about the Dukes of Hazzard. For example, The Double Zero in the Reunion Movie from 1997 is NEVER mentioned or shown in the entire seven seasons of the series.

I'm surprised that some people that made comments on this video, actually thought it was John Schneider posting it. If you look at the info for "confede", you will see that he states his age as "35". Only problem is, John Schneider is 49 YEARS OLD! The video clips are from "My Son, Bo Hogg" where "Bo" is getting hypnotized by "The Professor", and of course a much OLDER John Schneider in the video clips from "Collier & Co: Hot Pursuit" Whatever you believe, there was never an 8th season.

This is an edited scene because bo is a lot older in this film. And boss had already died in 1994.

This was done as a promo folks to get you to check out that John aka Bo Duke was selling his 700hspwr Hemi 69 Charger General Lee/Traveler. This is the one that was auction up to almost a million dollars... turned out it was a bogus bidder. He has since sold it for on Barrett Jackson. It beat the price bid over one of the original Batmobiles from the Adam West Tv show. I guess The GL won that day of Best TV/Movie Car.

there are 7 seasons of the dukes of hazzard then the 2 movies the dukes of hazzard reunion and the Dukes of hazzard in Hollywood I should know my 15 year old step son Jared has every season 1 through 7 including the cartoon version and the reunion and the Duke in Hollywood so yeah I should know my stepson and his real dad knows everything about it

This clip as be make up by taking cuts from two different programs; you say that you have all seasons, I would therefore encourage you to Watch season 4 episode 11. The other program in which clips have been taken from is unknown to me, but I am currently doing research to see which of the movies in which John Schneider were hypnotised. Bo was never hypnotised during any episode of Dukes of hazard; though Luke was in season 4 episode 11, called ’goodbye generally’. The other episode in which few people seem to be mistaken is Dukes of hazard 3 episode 15 called ‘My Son, Bo Hogg’ this was when Bo suffered a spell of amnesia after falling and banging his head on a log; Boss Hogg then with all his antics took advantage to sucker him into doing a moonshine run.

I am wondering if the clip of John Schneider being hypnotised were taken from the TV series Dr Quinn, and then merged with the clip of Dukes of hazard season 4 episode 11; it would certainly make more sense if you were to look at the age difference between the two programs

@cathplyr LMAO Cathplyr....listen to it more closely...IT is spliced as a joke. John Schneider sold his General Lee on Ebay in 2007 for a very hefty price. If you would even look closely at John laying in the couch...he is much older looking as well. He mentions EBAY...when the show ended in 1985 EBAY and Windows and INTERNET did not exist. You guys are too funny thinking this is a real find in an old hollywood warehouse. Tsk, tsk.
