Your videos are fantastic! If life had gone a bit different you could have been a Director of Photography in Hollywood earning millions, or cinematographer for the great arthouse directors like Tarkovsky, Ingmar Bergman or Kurosawa. As it is we are lucky you got the life you got and love trains. But really, while I love trains too, it is your little touches: sunset, teazle plant swaying in the wind, the low, low shots, the crushed apple, the skull; all these things tell me you are a great poet in your chosen medium. Above all I love your zoom to maximum as you seem to understand the aesthetic of foreshortening how how the rails make such beautiful shapes. Man, I could go on for hours!

It could be... I mean, when I lived in Montenegro for a while, I knew a guy who'd stop the passenger train to drop me off near my house, I jump out and he'd blow the horn to say bye :D It's kinda normal in the smaller towns

There used to be way more rails and way more traffic, at higher speeds. But I agree, none of the shots in this 2 hour video made me sad!

Lg aus Wien. Ich schaue deine Arbeit an. Ich habe eine Frage. Bei Minuten 51 fährt eine Lokomotive von der Firma RAILPOOL. Welche Baureihe ist es und wie heißt die Bahngesellschaft. Meine Vermutung ist, das ihr eine BR185 fährt unter einer polnische Gesellschaft. Bin ich auf der richtige Spur. Wenn nicht, kannst du es mir sagen?
