Hare Krishna.
Try out this fab regular sabzi, Dum Aloo which has a creamy gravy without using cashews and cream with golden, baby potatoes flavoured in the tangy gravy.
Servings - 5
Ingredients :
500 gm baby potatoes
½ tsp salt
2 cups water
Oil for frying
3 chopped tomatoes
1 green chilli
½ inch ginger
1 cup curd
1 tsp red chilli powder
1 tbsp coriander powder
1 tsp roasted cumin powder
½ tsp turmeric powder
3 tbsp Oil
1 tsp cumin seed
2 bay leaves
¼ tsp asafoetida or hing
Salt to taste
1 cup water
1 tsp fennel seed powder
1 tsp sugar
1 tsp garam masala
1 tbsp kasoori methi or dry fenugreek leaves
Garnish it with some chopped coriander leaves
