Sitting here late at night, very tired during my first night in this latest run. figured watching you playing tired chess was more fun than playing tired chess myself. I was not wron Ben. Thanks mate.

Great to see you back Ben! Not really an idea for a series but more for a one off video - it would be interesting to see how alcohol affects calculation. So a game after 1 pint, another after 2 pints, etc. Could be fun!

Ha ha, I did do one called "Alco-chess" several years ago where I knocked back a bottle of port while playing chess :-)

Glad to see you back Hunty you're looking well. The lower levels are funny as people tricks that you just forget about. I think you should do the caro kann as black and as white just develop naturally e4 get the knights and bishops out. Don't think you need an opening as white in early stages just natural opening moves

Ooh Caro-Kann, hmm, it's a thought. I know it's quite popular.

Nice to see you back Hunty. I think you reached your maximum potential at 1600, and it’s hard to get beyond that (I’m also stuck at 1600), so a change is always welcomed. Good luck on this journey

I think that, with discipline, I can get over 1700, as I have plenty of games with that estimate in analysis (quite a few over 2000). I just need to cut out the weaknesses.
