Shannon, as for the pepperoni, I believe it is still good. Those dates are “best if used by” not really expiration. Take them with you when you deliver( or when she comes to get it) let her make the call. Please let Beth know there are many prayer warriors out here praying for her. I hope she comes back soon. I think it would do her some good to get out again.

I don't dumpster dive but I will pick up stuff on the side of the road in people's trash. I found a beautiful nightstand and an end table that lifts up. They are now clean and in my house after three days of being outside.

Those pepperoni are vacuumed sealed, I would use them on homemade pizza, I would microwave them and use them as chips. Eat the pepperoni. I would say as long as the pepperoni is still vacuumed packed they will last a long long time.

The pepperoni has so many preservatives in it that it is fine. It's a best buy date. It's not like a year past the best buy date so I say go ahead. I always freeze my nuts. The oils in them go rancid if you don't.

Great findings Shannon, summers are slower big time lol. Your the reason I started Dumpster Shopping two years ago. I was on KZfaq and seen a woman in a dumpster on the side previews and it caught my attention ha ha, well I watch that video and it was you and I've been hooked ever since. I have only went once weekly, sometime twice but my health issues keeps me from going much or long, I'm on a waiting list for two surgeries a few months apart for "Total Knee Replacements" so I'll be rock n rolling after 18 month recovery from both my knees done, I can't wait. I have always went at 4am but the past few months I started going during the day when I'm out and about and seem to find a bit more, always went alone, it's such an adrenaline rush lol. I have found so much and given to my kids, myself , sold some and helped families out and the Homeless Shelter. I'm from Southern Ontario, Canada. I found five 3 in 1 cribs yesterday at " Bye Bye Baby" but I could only slide one out, idk how I got that one out ha ha. I went back with strong young men and they were gone , I'm glad someone got them. before the garbage truck reached them, they were all wrapped still in original boxes, mines worth $899, unreal!! Makes me ill knowing they throw this all out, knowing they're so many young families in need of cribs grrrr lol. It's very rewarding to help people. You have done an amazing thing with your channel and all the donating and donations you receive, speak volumes on who you are. I want to tell you, that your amazing along with Beth and Miss Tara. You make a difference and are very appreciated for all you do. Thank you!!

I live in England and since before covid I have not been able to work due to health problems and I have had to go to my local food bank several times. But I have eventually got my disability benefits, so I brought several bags of toiletries for the food bank donations near me to say thank you. I even gave someone some money today so he could buy some milk and bread for his children

I keep pepperoni in the fridge for a couple months after the expiration date. It is cured so it keeps longer.

Oh, by the way, sometimes they don't rip open the chip bags. Sometimes the bags build up pressure and explode on their own.

i found this on goggle Hard or dry sausage (such as pepperoni and Genoa salami), whole and unopened, can be stored indefinitely in the refrigerator or up to 6 weeks in the pantry. After opening, refrigerate for up to 3 weeks. Hard or dry sausages will not have the phrase "Keep refrigerated" printed on the package.

I buy the packaged pepperoni and put it in the freezer. I put it on frozen pizza if there is not enough pepperoni. I think packaged pepperoni lasts forever. Hello Fresh is great. I love their quick and easy recipes that make different tasty 😋 meals. Yum!

my mother used to threaten me that if I didn't clean up my room and pick up everything off the floor that she was going to go in there with a broom and dig it all out from under the bed and in the floor of the closet and she was going to throw it away one time she did she brought a garbage bag in there and her broom and I finally learned and she didn't throw it away but like a month later when I was being good she drug all those toys back out and gave him back to me but I learned my lesson

Miss you Beth! I don't know if the places will take the Pepperoni but as long as it's still vacuum sealed it's good for 10 months beyond the date and can be frozen for longer. Once open if bad will smell funny and or feel slimy not just greasy.

In Australia we pay $3 for a box of Ritz , that's two packs of 30 in a box, food is food when you've got nothing ..good haul

The pepperoni is fine to use. My husband makes and packages pepperoni for Tyson. That pepperoni is good for about 6 months from best buy date. If you are worried about it just throw it in the freezer and it will last for about a year.
