It's like the town knew we were coming and said, lets make their night and toss all this perfectly good food so they can donate to those in need! & THAT IS EXACTLY WHAT WE PLAN ON DOING :) This will all go to help some of my co-workers, a local food bank, the kiddos in the school district and so many more!!!
This was just AMAZE-BALLS!!!! I AM SO EXCITED TO DONATE ALL OF THIS TO PEOPLE IN OUR COMMUNITY!☺️💜

The US needs to write a law that companies can’t dispose of food. The French have a new law on restaurants having to donate left over food. I’m hoping to start diving, thank you for helping your community!

Shannon, I believe the glucerna beverages don’t have to be refrigerated. When you see that type of packaging of plasticized cardboard for liquids, look at the bottom and if you see the words ‘tetrapack’ it is shelf stable. And the Maseca is corn flour to make tortillas, it’s a staple in all Latino households!

Oh I remember all the mega bags from staples of all that candy. That was nuts... this looks fabulous. I can't imagine the smiles these are going to put on the faces of those who don't get this stuff. Hello I went dumpster diving the other day. I so badly need a person that can get into the dumpsters coz I'm have medical issues which sux. I took always donate items as well. There are a lot of homeless Veterans here in Lima Ohio. Just wanted to share thaf I get so excited when you guys find items it makes me want to just do it myself but I don't have a grabber and I don't have an extra friend to go in dumpster. You guys are doing amazing work and people throw that stuff out it makes no sense there's hungry people and then they do that or people don't have clothes or shoes etc it makes me so mad but God bless you Shannon and Beth You are the best keep up the good work

I have been waiting anxiously and looking forward to dive sense you did you did the short preview on Sunday... What an awesome dive and haul reveal! Y'all are going to be able to help alot of people with all the stuff you found...but it's so sad and such a shame that all that was thrown away to go to the landfill. Thank god y'all decided to go to that town that you haven't been to in over a year and save all that stuff! OMGosh 😲😲😲❣ I am just stupefied! Shannon and Beth you are truly kind and generous souls to give up your nights like this! Your thoughts at the beginning about the number of dumpsters everywhere were really thought provoking Shannon. Especially with the prices of food and everything rising. I'm on a fixed income but have never felt as pinched as I do now. I'm getting maybe 2/3 of the groceries with my food stamps that I was able to get before. Fortunately when cargo was slowing down I stocked up on things like coffee, sugar, pastas, staples that I was afraid would go up or become harder to buy. I may resort to diving for my own needs!

Amazing guys you saved so much stuff it’s sad that so much is thrown away. In the UK it’s given to the homeless and food banks surprised that your shops don’t do it but then they have you what a blessing keep up the good work and look forward to your next video 👏👏❤️

WOW what a SCORE!!! It really hurts my heart to know so much is thrown out and just goes to the land fill. They could put everything in one section of the store and charge a quarter and people that don't have much money could buy it.
