Happy Thursday ( possibly Friday morning by the time this video uploads )
I hope you all had a amaze-balls week so far! Here is our latest dive and wow did this one straight BURN THESE BISCUITS OF MINE!!!! You will see why. Let me know in the comments below if this kinda stuff burns your biscuits also. I am curious to know how you all feel about this also... I mean obviously if they didn't toss it out then we wouldn't get it and be able to donate it but you know what I mean ,,,,,

Shannon it is so good of u Beth & Tara to help those in need. Dumpster Diving is a lot of hard work. My Niece & I Dumpster Dive also. My Niece brings her finds to my house every Sunday. We combine what I find all week with her finds. We pick out what we need. Then I pass on r finds to family members. My Sister is my Tara. My Sister then puts on her porch r finds for her neighbors to share. My Niece & I love Dumpster Diving. And we love sharing with others. Shannon Beth & Tara u all have hearts of gold.

You keep me laughing and these old bones need laughs ...I am 70 and don,t get out and u give me something to look forward to .wish I could dumpster dive...it looks like so much fun. We use to dumpster dive years ago before cell phones and all the rest .always sold the majority of stuff..and also donated .never found food though .so glad your getting to go back to work. When I was a teen.. many years ago. They didn't have adult coloring books. We would scribble circles and color it in. Lol it kept me entertained, for awhile. (I was usually camping)

Those coloring books are so cool. I've never seen the $10 books I've only seen the $3 books. They're great for donating to places who help adults. I donated a lot of mine to a Psychiatric center and to a mental health center. They will print the pictures so that they patients will have something to help get their minds off of the issues.

Although I'm glad that you guys find so much to donate and help people in need, I'm also irritated at these companies for throwing this stuff away! Imagine how many dumpsters are out there going to the landfill each week with brand new merchandise inside? It's heartbreaking. Thank you for what you do!

I agree, it’s infuriating! The other day I went & checked a Five Below dumpster & what I saw at first made me mad, but then I was happy to save (at least) an entire box of winter hats & mittens! What brainiac throws out 4 scarfs & 25 pair of mittens & 40 hats in the middle of September in Northern NY?? 🤦🏻‍♀️🧤🧣 Well, they didn’t donate them, but I sure will!!

The concept of running late to dive is so real though. I love how real you are with your personality cause I'm the same way. When i was active on my channel people saw me excited, happy and even shed some tears with me through some hard times. Dumpster peeps are such delightful humans!

@@lauralewis2430 i sure am!!! There were some months it was so dry. Then picked up Again. It's nice to be missed. Since most my posts are my hooping i switched to Instagram. I don't think diving will ever be out of my lifestyle though it's too important to me. I can't stand the amount of things we find that are helpful to our family and others.

I fell down the dumpster diving rabbit hole a couple of weeks ago. Watching you girls has inspired this old girl to give it a shot. I love the idea of sending less to landfills, donating to folks who need it, saving money, and maybe my favorite thing is it’s a little sketchy, lol! Please try to stop calling yourself names. You are not a moron or any of the other names you call yourself. You are a beautiful human inside and out. You do so much good for so many. You do it all while working raising a family and taking care of business. I understand being in the habit of calling yourself names, I have done it. But God and I decided that I was his kid and that he loved me so much. That makes me pretty darn special. You are being of service to your fellow man and woman, I just want you to know how special you are. You do all this for others. In my book that makes you bright, beautiful, extremely intelligent and full of all the love there is to give. God bless you both for all you do. You are beautiful, you are special, you are ENOUGH‼️.

Where I live those crochet books cost more than 10.00 ,the last one I got I paid close to 13.00 . So yours isn't too bad! Keep on diving!

The best place to donate those adult coloring books and word seek books are Adult day care centers and assisted living facilities and nursing homes. The seniors would love doing that!!

Shannon, your twins look just adorable in their cheer uniforms! That burns my biscuits too with places throwing out not even expired food. I mean....WHY!?! On the other hand I'm so grateful you are able to rescue it and give to those in need. Those adult coloring books/word find, etc are great for the woman's shelter or any woman's treatment center as it gives those people something else to focus on and is something calming to do. Hello and many Blessings to you Shannon n family and the Beth n her family. Absolutely love your channel!! You keep it real with all your comments, sayings, and of course your side kick miss Beth!! She has a great sense of humor when she lets it out!! I think one of the other things I love about your diving is the length of the video's. Yes it's no where near how long you both spend running from one dumpster to another, but it does give a sense of having been with the both of you during that time. Just a suggestion for encountering empty dumpsters, maybe you can check the municipal websites where these dumpsters are located to see if the municipality collects commercial dumpsters and what day(s) schedule they use. If they do not, they may have contracted with an outside company to do this service, who may have this info on their website as well.

Love watching you ladies! Advice, don't take cans of any kind of food that have the top or bottom rim bent. There is a chance that bacteria can get in and ruined the food. Only take it if it's bent more toward the middle of the can and won't effect the rims. Also if the can lid or bottom pops in and out, it's bad. Ran a pantry for years, this was info we received to state inspection. This is just to be on the safe side. Keep the videos coming.

Awesome scores, Toffifay are the bomb, and you said it right the last time. We had Foxes pizza here in TX where I live but they have all closed down in the last 5 yrs. You should get one of those folding wagons that you can just put stuff into it as you hand it out to Miss Beth this way you you won't have to have a heavy bag or box to lift out of the dumpster as you go along. Then you can wheel it on over to your car and also I'd keep a few laundry baskets with handles, (easier to lift), in your car so you can separate as you put it all into your car. Just a few ideas to pass along to you. Happy diving ladies!

No ma'am I'm not spending $10 dollars for an adult coloring book. If I want to color I will go to the dollar tree and buy one! So I agree with you 💯% Shannon. It is sad how these big companies allow their employees to throw away things that are not expired. So happy to know you are making donations to those who need it. Great video, my first time here. Love your energy!

Great finds today Shannon and Beth. I love the teddy bear. 🧸 I wish we could dive here, but if you do and get caught you get a ticket for $110.00. Most places either lock the bins or have compactors. Love you both. Have a great day my friends 😀😊

Love your videos! From someone who did retail for years. The reason things get tossed before their dates could be one of two things I can think of. Either the store has stopped selling it and it won't scan anymore. Or the manufacturer changed something on the boxes and the old bar code won't scan. As to why it isn't donated, I don't know, every store i have worked for has donated this kind of stuff.
