Howdy, y'all! My name is Mike and I absolutely love scavenging for free stuff, random treasures, lost valuables and other interesting artifacts. I mainly rock the dumpster diving scene but can be found digging through trash curbside as well as scavenging the river bottoms for lost treasures in the summer months. Join me on my epic voyages!

In a nutshell, I ‘m an avid dumpster diver, scrapper, picker, treasure hunter and underwater connoisseur. I prowl the city streets in search of dumpster loot, curbside treasures & scrap metal as well as scour the river bottoms for lost valuables during the summer months when I can scrounge up enough money for gas. Hey Mike I was dumpster diving and when I got to it I found myself saying what we got here yall. When all of a sudden a squirrel came out of it and said do you think that this dumpster is big enough to store my acorn nuts lol. But truly it scared the heart out of me.

I don't know if you remember or ever heard the mailman saying. Here it is but with a twist just for you Mike. Neither snow nor rain nor heat nor gloom of night stays these dumpster divers from the swift completion of their appointed sites.

Do you make that cat sound yourself? Don't ever give that up. My husband doesn't watch you often but he rolls over with laughter when the cat comes out. Great to hear him roar with laughter. It's contagious and then gets me to laughing so hard tears begin to roll.

Hi From Fort Stockton, Texas Mike, I believe that thing with the long stripes of fabric is for the swimming pool! [ It floats to the bottom and you can make relay area. The ball part sinks and the ribbon part floats....🦋🌹♥️

Sounds like money in the bottom of the dryer. My husband finds a lot of change when he removes dryers from people's houses. He says take off the back and flip it on all sides sides. He has found anywhere from $1 to $8 once. Sometimes even a dollar a couple of times in the lint trap thing. Coin operated one once in a pay machine him and co-worker retrieved 60 dollars from the coin box because the store operator lost the key and thought it was empty because the machine wasn't working You have to have a large space to roll a washer though.

rope lights can also be used as outlining your flower beds or walkways light up to make it nice at nighttime...cool score..love the toy find

That big item @3:00 is definitely a furnace. I work a couple of doors down from an HVAC place and they leave the old ones they've replaced outside for the scrappers. I've taken out the motors and wire sometimes, but I don't have a pickup to take the big stuff.

Those rope lights make excellent mood lighting I found green and red ones for Christmas brand new and I think they look tacky for Christmas but I took them and ran them in the grooves of my metal patio and now I have my whole patio has the screen glow

Great video. We missed you. For the heavy stuff you can always get a bed crane lifted up enough to get leverage and just pull the truck out and it should follow

Put wench on the truck, heavy duty. Cuts down on extreme heavy lifting or pulling. It has other functions. Pulling cars out of ditches, towing, pulling out trees and bushes, a lot of uses.

It would be nice if you found a big outdoor wood burner, that's what I used to use as an incinerator for burning the plastic and insulation from wire. Run a high stack off of it with in line filters and it works flawlessly.

First, I realize this is an old video and comment, but just in case you haven’t heard Mike answer this question/suggestion several times… This has been suggested to Mike several times through the years, he has no desire to put toxins in the air, and doesn’t want the nasty smell of burning plastic around him and his home.
