Wait for frame cracks... Mine rz after 17 months cracked, never jumped on it, 90% time bike roads, 10% very light terrain...

@@gggggggg204 had mine since 2021. Its been solid. I rode all trail and do hit drops and jumps, but not large ones. Sorry yours didn’t do well. Might be you got a stinker, but I think they have a good rep for the most part.

@@memememe843 Better inspec your frame, mine was too ok, in april had full service of bike and everything was perfect, then something start crackling and after one day i saw that it's cracked when i wanna see why it's start crackling. Plus check google, for many people frame cracked like mine in same place.

Hi Andrew - when a rider is on the bubble between sizes, it really comes down to personal preference. The few riders here at Marin's HQ that are on the bubble defer to larger frames for a roomier cockpit, as well as the ability to get full leg extension. That being said, if you are a rowdier rider, you may prefer a smaller frame. Same goes for wheel size, some riders prefer the slightly snappier feel of 27.5", while others like to get (and keep) those larger 29" wheels spinning. Finally, local trail conditions also come into play. Tight singletrack will arguably be better served by a smaller bike, whereas more open, high-speed descents and such favor larger wheels. Hope this helps you get a better feel of what is best for your needs.

Yes. Duncan is on a 27.5, and Owen is on a 29".

We don't have stats on the height of our riders, but Owen is about 183cm and rides a L, whereas Duncan is about 177cm and is on a M or a L. Both riders were on L frames in the video, with Duncan on 27.5" wheels and Owen on 29".
