I watch several different anime reactors and you are by far one of my favorites! You're pretty much the funniest commentator I've come across. Most people who try to add funny commentary end up sounding too try-hard and cringe more often than not IMO LOL but you seem so much more natural. Also, I wondered the same thing about why Roxy didn't just try to tunnel out upwards with magic too LOL

She can make a water when she need to drink. And she also eat monsters to survive, there's some monster are poisoned so she have to use detoxification magic. And also she's not fighting the monster the whole month. After she defeating the monster she have to step to the random magic teleportation circle to find the way out. So she keep stepping on random Teleportation Circle and hoping one of those magic circle sent her out from the dungeon. But as you see the last teleportation circle sent her to a massive monster army. Monster in Mushoku Tensei really scary they're really smart, even there's some of monster that smart enough to cast Magic or learning Sword Style. The three Sword Style (Sword God Style, North God Style, Water God Style 7:49)

My ranking for the girls would be: 1. Sylphy 2. Roxy 3. Eris But they're all great and Rudy is definitely going to get together with the three of them, I don't know how it's going to work out with Eris though because I can easily see Sylphy and Roxy togheter but Eris feels like the odd women out right now I think she'll need another arc focused on her maybe in season 3 hopefully.
