I never played D&D but nearly every consul and online RPG game since it was created has taken from D&D so I recognized a lot of the easter eggs from other games that I've played that were influenced by D&D! I absolutely LOVED this movie and can't wait for the sequel!

Its will be a great summer rentals; its have a high Thaum activity reading. Thaumaturgy. The unseen university of Wizards will be proud of it.

I really enjoyed it. I want more. But a few of the early moments pissed me off. But at the very end, I was really fond of it all. I was just upset about the incredible betrayal of Johnathan. I felt for him and wanted to kill that con man. I really love the costume set. Every non human was great. The whiteling was rude to the wild mage. And I loved his moment near the end. I love that Avengers moment with Red Mage. So many great moments to post. But I was so mad. I can't wait for the next movie.

For decades, I've wanted to yell at those who do movie adaptations of comics, games, etc "THE MASTERPIECE IS ALREADY WRITTEN, YOU JUST HAVE TO FILM IT!!" Their rationale is that they don't want to make a movie that everyone already know, or can easily find the plotline. But, I think they're missing the geeked fandom's core personality....we WANT the original material, and will still gladly pay to see a movie based on a beloved comic, game, etc. with a faithful script. Dungeons & Dragons clearly understood the fandom.
