Well....it was your video that got me onto an FTR. I wanted more of this newfound off road capability and I guess I followed you again. Just put a deposit on a Triumph Tiger 1200. Same white as yours. Loved 130 hp and 90 ft lbs torque. I'm over on the TN/VA line. One of these days I'm going to ride your direction. I've enjoyed your videos. Thanks.

I'll be putting on my 3rd set of stock factory Metzler's at the beginning of next season. I have almost 34,000 miles on my 2021 900 GT LRH. Yes both of my rears are flattened out. I don't mind the ride characteristics. I mainly ride to work which is 45 miles each way. I have did Beartooth Hwy and Fletcher's Pass in Montana, and 14A in Wyoming, and they Sturgis rides, and the twisties around Minnesota and Wisconsin. I don't hear a whine in my tires on the highway. I usually cruise between 60-80 mph. I will be looking forward to your future review of your new tires, and your other videos. Thanks!

differently interested in your update on these. I tend to run softer tires for more year round grip but I'm kinda getting tired of going thru 2 -3 sets a year, so I'm curios to see how these handle cold wet mountain roads being a harder compound. The other thing would be the road feed back cause they're pretty heavy compared to a lot of others in this category.

Interested in learning about the road noise at highway speed.

Back in August, I installed a set of Trailmax Mission on my 2019 V Strom 1000xt Adventure . Ivwas wondering if you noticed the steering feel is heavier than with the stock tires. After 1000 miles, I have gotten use to it.

They do look very good! I understand they will last thousands of miles! However...due to the weight I'm considering tkc70 rocks rear with Ax41 front on my Africa twin!

Ok, this is creepy. Those are the tires I plan on putting on my Tiger 900 GT once I ware my stock ones down a little more.

You did not maintain the correct tire pressures. Many rider almost never check them. I adjust tire pressures depending on the type of riding I will be doing that day, whether I will have luggage, will there be a passenger or doing lots of highway riding. In 40 years of riding I have never had a flat tire tread like you do. But then again I push my bikes in corners soem days as I do lean over (I paid for the whole tire so I use it all, LOL) and I do not want to crash because I was too lazy to set the tire pressures (and suspension). I also get exception tire mileage out of a set of tires the dealers tell me. I also adjust them at the start of the day for what the atmospheric air temperature is forecast to be for that day. Tire pressure changes 1 psi for every 4 or 5 degrees Celsius, (~ 9 degree F) (depending who you ask)., So if it is 70 F today and tomorrow it is 90 F I will drop the pressure ~ 3 psi in both tires when cold.
