I had a slicing problem, then I tried closing the clubface at the top of my swing like he does. I haven't sliced or miss hit a ball since. This swing is very helpful.

actually it's more muted than the R11s and RBZ tour. But geez, it's amazing to see him hit balls like this.

Just because it doesn't look the same as others doesn't mean it isnt as good. He is certainly more flexible and athletic then everybody.
@BANDANA96011 жыл бұрын
Damn I wish I was as flexible as DJ his athleticism is brilliant

Amazing how he can keep the ball in play with that bowed left wrist at the top.

Just notice his hinge on wrist even before back swing

@ArgentThug I think his swing is one of the best on tour. It looks a bit weird though because of his hand positioning at the top of his back swing, everything else is really good. Another thing is he doesn't have a smooth swing like Luke Donald, he has a power swing and it works for him.
@lolmattt11 жыл бұрын
very interesting how he twists the wrists just a little as he starts the backswing.
@prorobo11 жыл бұрын
He has such a weird swing. But I'd take it any day!

i'm almost positive they're the tour version. But I could be wrong.
@AleksiLPhoto11 жыл бұрын
Isn't that the point though? With this grip and action, he eliminates all hand action, which means he just has to worry about clearing the body. In many ways, it's easier to play like this.

i love dusty's swing, and am intruiged as to why he hoods the face. a natural grip would allow a fuller swing ( maybe Sadlowskisk rotation) and much much more dynamic hands . Hes got the hips , just not the hands. feedback appriciated

Idk how he plays with such a shut face at the top of his swing, it's so hard to bow your wrist like that
@ScratchArkkitehti6 жыл бұрын
its not on purpose....feels normal for him....must have to do with his grip pressure when he learned to play.
