This is so cool. I’m a lefty. When I was a kid, I used to watch golf on tv using a mirror so I could see my hero’s swing left handed. Thanks for this.

His swing may have better control now, but this was peak Rors aesthetics right here.

You can clearly see the Tiger has been copying that swing. Which is truly sad he should have gone back to his own videos from 1997 to 1999 because his swing was better than Rory's.

I agree with all the comments. He should have won more majors with that swing. But, we know that it's not that simple.

This might have been tiger Tigers biggest mistake of his career moving to Sean Foley.Not only did it break his back this swing did not suit tiger at all and he lost at least 2 years trying to own this golf swing.He looked way too hunched over and could only fade it he lost his ability to hit the 9 shots he was famous for
@jamesdenny50782 жыл бұрын
This guys swing is very bad for a tour pro. Huge re-routing of the club on the way down, hitting miles from the inside and flipping through impact. Absolutely no surprise hes a terrible driver.
@andrewmaycock74384 ай бұрын
He wasn't a pro here. He was 17 and his swing looks quite different now. His SG off-the-tee is roughly tour average so "terrible driver" isn't really accurate.

looks like he's playing these filthy Lil cuts out there. Tiger playing a draw is always the better Tiger. deffo saw one pretty tasty draw with his 2 iron.

I wished to learn about proper Golf swing and the , Jοmtοnο Naha (Go ogle it) was the very first guide I selected. They utilize crucial info such as your arm length, height, shoulder width, and club length to make a style well suited for you. The modules have been very useful, allowing me to drop my handicap from a 22 to a fifteen within the last year..
@zZrEtRiBuTiOnZz3 жыл бұрын
Wow. Pause it at 2:32 and look at the angle he has with his wrists. His arms are halfway down and the club is still behind his head.

@user-jw9jr2ko7e3 жыл бұрын
This is the original swing of Tiger Woods at his dominating era, look just like every player does right now. The only thing to criticize is he used the right shoulder to accelerate the club, it should be kept steady for right arm pronation and STRAIGHTEN than pushed forward by the whole right body part. This may be the main reason of his back injury.

I can't believe they allow spectators during practice rounds. That would drive me insane. You're just trying to work on stuff, be in your head, focus on details... I"m sure Tiger and others just look at it as practice for dealing with it during official play, but geez....

The shaft was through the middle of his biceps and in line with his forearm - Far from over the top! If the ball did indeed fade that would more than likely be ball position too far forward in the arc and the club traveling left by the time of impact.

@@nolansanchez5551 yes, as long as it open to the path. You want it open to the target and closed to the path of you want to hit a draw unless you wanna miss left!
