Very nice video, but you're making the job of cutting out the wall parts and gluing them together, much harder. There is a quicker and better way. Don't cut the parts out like you do, but flip the sheet over and 'scrape' the parts out from the back. Hold the knife blade at a 45 degree angle, place it on the 'lip' of the depression and scrape it left, right, left, right and work your way all around the edge. The blade will thin the plastic surprisingly quickly and when the blade scrapes though, the 'cut' will occur right where the details on the edges of the wall meet the plastic 'backing sheet'. When the part drops out, you won't have to clean up the edges. Even a 'broken' wall with fiddly exposed bricks will come out perfectly 'clean'. In effect, you will have 'scraped' the part out, AND will have cleaned up the edges at the same time. You will have removed the 'backing plastic', which is essential for making the finished walls the correct thickness. If you don't remove the 'backing sheet' each wall will be 2mm too thick and that will throw your building out of of 'true' and could cause problems when fitting other parts. It would certainly make your building 4mm too wide if you have 2 side walls. And when it comes to gluing the inner and outer walls together, you should stick plastic/wood/cardboard strips along the inside edges of one part to form a 'bridge' which tucks inside the edge of the other wall. That way, you can apply glue to the strip, and that will provide a huge contact area with the other wall. And it's much better to use CA glue for that. Hope that helps. B
