I've got the sidecar but I like my double peak shelf set up + the ridgeline water bottle holder. My flashlight and phone also end up there. The ridgeline light is good too. Not exactly a Dutchware accessory but it's made from Dutchware Argon fabric and matches my camo chameleon is my bottom quilt protector made by 2QZQ

Peak loft is the best hammock accessory made. The ridge line water bottle holder is a good one too. I put my phone and headlamp in there for easy access. Does dutch have a moonlight top cover with a sidecar integrated in to it? I haven't looked on the site in a few months. I have the regular top cover but wanted to add a side car in the near future. Maybe I can knock out two birds with one stone if it's an option. Great video as always guys.

Bought the peak loft for my CPAP machine to sit in, had a warbonnet and i would keep it in side shelf..

I know this is an old video, but it is really informative. I recently made a chameleon clone and now I am making a peak loft. I have a question about how it adjusts. Does the shock cord run in all four sides? Or just the two sides from the d-rings to the ridge line? In Dutch’s videos it looks like only one shock cord tail being adjusted through a pack hook.

Do you get condensation when using the winter top cover in winter?

I don’t know the exact science behind it but we’ve had winter trips where we’ve got condensation in it and trips without condensation, I think it depends on the overall humidity. But yes, larger chance of having condensation inside your hammock.

How well does the mesh shed falling snow? I'm considering using the symmetrical winter top cover in lieu of using a tarp for the weight savings and reduced set up time.

You still need a tarp. The winter cover is to retain more heat, not to offer rain or snow protection.

I couldnt find the sidecar that's integrated into a bugnet on Dutch's website. Are you sure that's even a thing?

Have a quick question how do you keep your under quilt from move under you and creating cold spots...I have a Dutch Chameleon and a hammock gear full length under-quilt....I toggle up the under quilt up against me but it moves under my hammock when I move at night creating cold spots...sometimes when I kick my feet out against the side of the hammock the under quilt moves to the opposite side creating my legs and feet to freeze....The hammock and the quilt come with loops on the side should I get clips and clip the under-quilt to the hammock?

Kentucky Kayak Fishing I ended up putting clips from Dutch on the end were my feet are and one on the side my head is seams to keep it on my feet and shoulders at night
